Edit : I used them the one time, the technician was great, but my issue wasn’t resolved I was supposed to get a call back never did, when I called back they were rude and said they couldn’t come back out for a long stretch of time. Switched To Orkin and had zero issues!! Would not give them my money. Just used them for the first time after reading all the positive reviews and I’m not disappointed! Guy was our guy! Very respectful and professional arrived on time and did his job fast but diligently.

Call just to get a quote on the initial visit and then the yearly visit price and immediately I was told I have to pay a fee for them to come out to the house most places that I’ve called has just asked for my address and square footage and quoted me over the phone which they usually send over to you by email, Which is the way I prefer so I can price out the different companies, but like I said when I called today, I was told they don’t know a price until I pay and have the guy come look at it. The way I look at it is if you don’t have a set price and you need to look at the house first then you should offer free estimate’s so you can quote the customer and let them make their decision accordingly.

Guy Schoolfield did an outstanding job with my pest control treatment. He was detailed, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciated how thorough he was and how clearly he explained everything. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about keeping customers happy. Highly recommend!

We always get good service from Rollins Pest Control. We have them come out for several different services and so far are very happy with them. All of the servicemen are professional and courteous.

He did great job! But didn’t know he was coming today. Not sure if he sprayed on Screen porch. We heard him out there. So my husband open front door for when he would come to door. Never came and asked where we having any problems. We not, but not what I used to. If someone home you should at least have some kind of contact with them.

Service is fine when they are here. It’s strange that they do not send a text or call to let you know when they are on their way. Also I asked for a quote for trenching termite treatment around my shed 2 weeks ago. Asked a second time shortly after. Still haven't heard back.

On time for appointment courteous and helpful very thorough spraying inside and outside of home. Happy with service signed on for quarterly appointments.

Their service is great, but I don't appreciate them coming in my house without permission.
