So far they have been great. 2 months in.

This is the company my HOA uses. We are supposedly paying for service every other month inside and out. I have a ring camera. In May, they did outside only. In June, no one attempted to access any units in our building, but did other buildings. In July, their representative was scheduled between 9am-1pm. I secured my pets and had access available with a note on the front door that they would hear barking, but the dogs were secure and would not be loose around them. By 4pm no one had shown. Around 5pm, I saw the rep on my camera stop, read the note, knock one time (a single knock), did not try to access with a key or even try the door knob, marked something on his paper and run upstairs and back downstairs within the minute that the camera records. He was at my door for approximately 4 seconds- hours after their arrival window and did not make any effort to get inside. The fact that he was (literally running) back down the stairs within the same minute tells me that he didn’t make any effort to access the units above me either. This month, they were scheduled between 9-1 again and again, no one showed (inside or outside.) In order to ensure our building doesn’t get infested, I actually purchased a portable sprayer and we have been passing it around to the neighbors in my building on the days we are supposed to get service but do not. We do not have any infestations, but this company has been taking our payments and not providing the services as promised, if at all. Not to mention the extreme inconvenience it causes those of us with pets who have to guess when they may arrive and usually end up locking them up all day for no reason at all. And also the fact that people who rent in the building have the potential to be fined by their homeowners when it is reported that they weren’t able to access the unit when in truth, no attempt was made. Can’t wait for our HOA to shop another company.

Have tried for months to get a service completed. Follow up and follow thru has been less than par. Finally, decided to take our business were it’s appreciated and valued.

If all businesses were ran this way in the area there would be no horror stories. Blake has great communication skills. He called when he was on his way to give us a heads up, went over and beyond all expectations and even cleaned up after himself. Onr of the hardest working people I've seen in the four years I've been here . He showed great diplomacy. Incredibly knowledge in the field and wanted nothing but to make us happy. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Eco tech showed concern for a terrible roach problem caused by tenants. Blake went over and above after the contents of the condo were removed.

We have used this company for the last 7 years - Yesterday Ronnie came and helped with some solutions to our Palmetto Bug Problem - He was so helpful and went above and beyond the usual spraying to trouble shoot some other ideas to combat our bug problem - We are very appreciative!!! Great company to use!!!
