Been using them for years with absolutely no complaints. Prompt, friendly technicians, they come quickly for the occasional problem pests, fair prices. We even moved from GA to SC, and continued our service with them!

Requested an appointment to have a termite inspection (annual) to see if I needed treatment or prevention. The lady gave the wrong security code (four digits) to the inspector. I had to help him via text. He said the crawlspace was tight but he was able to do the inspection and even gave me information about the state of the crawlspace and the moisture level. We never received our inspection report with proposed actions. We followed up with the office and they were supposed to email it to us. The email never came. I called today and tried to see what was wrong. I spoke to Tamara (I think) who was helpful. She seemed to understand the misunderstanding. I asked that they call me back. The lady who scheduled the original appointment called back, but to my wife. I called back to the office and was told how it was our fault, the inspector wasn't able to do the inspection (even though he said he did in his text) and we were supposed to call to let them know that the technician wasn't able to do an inspection that he said he did. I have called the main office and we will see how they deal with it. I would not recommend. At all. A manager was supposed to contact me in the last 24 hours. Crickets!

Had them twice, first time they didn't follow contract at least the manager at the time fixed this issue, now they practically spray scented wanted. That stains yours walls, yeah good luck on new painted ones guess your repainting. This place is a joke.

I purchased a home back in February and the termite bait stations were used by this company. We have had NOTHING but problems. They NEVER call and schedule appointments with you directly, they just schedule them for you and half the time you don’t get a call that they are coming, when you call and cancel Your appointment they still come anyway. Both times they have “sprayed” our home for pest they have done it in the rain so it does absolutely no good! The last time we had a family member meet them to ensure the inside of the house was treated and advised we needed mice bait stations due to a mice problem, we also requested paperwork to be brought to us as we had asked for it multiple times via email and phone and NEVER received it. The inspector walked in our home, did not spray inside the home and did not leave any mouse bait, said supposedly he was out and would have to bring more (this was 1-2 months ago….) and still no Mouse bait. We have called and left messages for management 2-3 times with no returned phone calls. This company just wants to steal your money while providing little to no services.

Friendly Service. Allowed two payments. They came out the very next day to Service home. Tech said that all is good. No Termites! Yeeaahh.
I’m NOT a happy customer! I’ve been with this company for years, their Pest Control man would come by my house periodically and walk around the outside, then leave a note at my door that he came by. The one time in the many years I have been with this company, formerly Piedmont Pest Control, that I call for help for a hornet’s nest right above my front door, their receptionist tell’s me it’s going to cost me and extra $150 inspection fee! Why was I not informed by their pest exterminator that hornets were building a nest on my front porch? I have a contract with them to control pest! I didn’t notice it was there till the hornets tried to attacked me! How could they allow this happen? I’m faithful to pay my Pest Control bill on time and the one time I call and asked them for help they try to sell me another program. This is NOT Pest Control! I guess I’ll head to Home Depot and buy a can of Raid and hope I don’t get stung. This is my experience with Northwest Exterminating. Unsatisfied customer.

After 4 times of coming out the bugs are worse than they've ever been. I'm so unhappy.no clue how the reviews are so positive.

They used the environmentally friendly spray and it works great to kill the cockroaches and ants.

Not all technicians are fully thorough with making sure they do the outside perimeter correctly. I've had some come and be gone within 5 minutes and others, who do it correctly, take about 20-30.
