We have used them for almost 7 years and 2 homes and all of a sudden they are non existent. Never showed up for service. Never returned any calls or texts. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because they have always been wonderful to work with but after about a month and a half of silence we have moved on. Truly a shame.

I left 6 voicemails and 1 text message and never heard back. This was over a course of 3 weeks as well. I’ve heard good things but can’t tell. They should make a better effort to getting back to new customers.

We have been using Palmetto since we moved here in 2015. They've helped with several pests (ants, carpenter ants, mice, palmetto bugs, etc.) Don't plan to every use anyone else!!

I have no complaints. They performed the jobs efficiently and follow up service was excellent. They earned our continued business.

We have scheduled service, but if we happen to need additional services they are very responsive and always friendly. Their prices are affordable and they don't try to sell us a bunch of services we don't want/need. You won't regret using Palmetto Pest Control!

I have been using Palmette Pest Control for my quarterly preventive services for years and am completely satisfied. Chuck and Alisha are professional, thorough, and communicate well in advance of the treatments. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for their home pest control!

I am a commercial superintendent and we hired Palmetto to fumigate the foundation of our 3 story bld and single story bld next to it. They were prompt, on time, professional, explained their procedure clearly and executed with efficiency and professionalism. very friendly also.

Our new house unfortunately came with bedbugs…Palmetto Pest Control understood the urgency and was able to get out to us within the next day, what a relief!! We have not had a single issue since! They explained the way everything works and had us completely prepared and everything went exactly how we were told with the results we were expecting! I couldn’t be happier. I know if we ever need any further services we will only be using Palmetto Pest Control.

We had our home built in 2018 and Palmetto Pest Control had done the termite pre-treatment while it was being built. We decided to go with them for our quarterly pest control so that we never have a problem. We have been with them since the beginning and have no pests problems except for the occasional spider or 2. That is to be expected though when you live in the middle of a hardwood forest. But, all I have to do is call them and they will come back out to treat in between scheduled visits if I need them. They are friendly, dependable and reasonably priced. Great people!

Paid them a couple hundred bucks for no reason had to call them back they came back twice obviously not competent enough to fix the problem cause before they left the 3rd time the owner said if u have anymore issues call us back he said we want to take care of the problem mind u while they were there noone entered my home like they should have but anyway they leave I call them a few days later now the secretary said I'll ask what the fee will be to come back out how u going to charge me for your poor work when I can do better with home defense from Walmart needless to say awful experience and service 0 out of 10

Can't get any less professional! Late... so I left. They called and I was close so I headed that way and explained I was about 10 minutes away. I got a phone call within a couple minutes from "the secretary" asking how long I would be. I mentioned that I had just spoken with the owner and it would now be less than 10 minutes. She became very agitated so I told her that I was disconnecting. I met the owner at my home who tried to add on all sorts of things that I had no interest in.... They have yet to get back with the quote that I was told I would get later that day... You get an "F"! Total flop!

Chuck is the best. I've been on his yearly maintenance plan for 10 years. He is trustworthy, friendly and extremely competent in his trade. Additionally, his prices remain competitive. I highly recommend Chuck and Palmetto Pest Control with no hesitation.
