I wouldn't recommend these people to clean an outhouse, let alone set foot on my property. Both on and off the job site you are a representative of your company. In this situation, Century Pest Control's off job site conduct just screams laziness and an indifference to your neighbors. An opportunity was missed for you to foster a positive reputation for your company but you chose to avoid 2 min worth of help and an opportunity to gain a potential new customer or reference. Karma comes around and I hope your company reaps what you sowed in the form of loss of business.

Great customer service at reasonable rates

Century Pest Control provided superb service as a general contractor last year when I was preparing my father's house for sale. First, they repaired wood that had deteriorated at the patio. Then, after a buyer's inspection revealed leaks in the crawl space under the house and water damage to flooring from a leak in the main bathroom, they proposed a solution that was thousands less than some others. And they were able to do the work RIGHT AWAY, preserving sale of the home. Finally, after my computer crashed and I lost invoices for their work, I went to their office and was impressed again that they were able to regenerate the receipts on the spot. Can you do better than that?

Bonnie did a great job, very knowledgeable and we saw a great REDUCTION in the population of bugs with the first visit.
