I scheduled a free inspection. The inspection was performed without the inspector actually going under the house. The inspector saw insulation hanging in spots under the house and recommended that the insulation be removed prior to a full inspection being performed. During the same time, work is being performed on the house and a customer of Harris Pest Control recommend another inspector to come out who would not mind hanging insulation. Harris Pest Control refused to send the recommended work

I had to work late and arrived at 425 for my 330 service and the technician had already left. I walked around the yard and saw 2 active fire ant nests which were still very much alive and no sign of pellets/granules. I walked around the rest of the yard and saw no sign of pellets/granules either. Also most of the termite bait stations still had partial grass or dirt covering the lids, so they were not taken off and checked. Two days later they fire ant beds in the front are still alive. I am

Looking at your account we can see that the termite stations aren't scheduled to be serviced until July, which is why they were left unchecked. Your procedure for this appointment was rude. We had no idea when he was to show up because your automated call gives no indication of a window of time. In all the years of having your service your person has never shown up at 8 am. We require a two hour window of time notice hereafter or a phone call around one hour before arrival and never an 8 am appointment.
