Just had Modern install a moisture barrier in my crawl space. They did a great job on the install and the 12mil moisture barrier is top notch. This is a customer friendly company that gives great service at reasonable prices

Very honest folks, the technician Benjamin came out to give us a quote. He did not try to give us the doomsday scenario and upsell the nuclear option to get our money.
