We used Top Turf for several years from 2020-2025. Our sodded Bermuda was thick and healthy and no sign of any weeds whatsoever. Any poa that popped up in Spring was quickly dealt with. You’d think my neighbors on either side were farming chickweed and crabgrass, but my yard has never been affected by either. EDIT 11/8/24: While they started off with a bang, ultimately I was very dissatisfied. By the time I cancelled service, after attempting to resolve my disappointment with a company representative, my yard was not anywhere close to that lush carpet in my original review photo(the one where the lawn is vibrant green).
