I contacted Andrew at the company. He was a professional and pleasant person. He sent Greg for complete inspection. Greg was no less professional and pleasant. Greg did thorough inspection. Areas of improvement were discussed and estimate provided. There was no pressure to get things done. We were asked to review the suggested items and to uncheck items that we did not want done. We will certainly have them work on some of the recommended items with in a week and perhaps all other work also but in installments. I recommend them to others. Very helpful people. Greg did an outstanding job. He is a great technician. He has been with this company for 15 years plus. He is also creative. As I said before, he is also an outstanding person. He was very polite. He even helped me changing bulbs on a security light that is installed over 26’ high. I would strongly recommend him to everybody requiring service from the company he works for. Ask for him to do your job.

We just hired Precision for the first time, and they are now our ONLY call for pest and wildlife removal. After suspecting we had bats in our attic, we called Precision due to their strong reviews. They offered a reasonable price to come and inspect the complete property. Our technician Greg B. was on time and professional and at the same time personable, understanding of our concerns and patient in explaining and answering our questions. He documented the situation with notes and photos that he shared with us as well as explaining exactly what he needed to do to seal our house up, evict the bats properly and clean up to make our home safe and to secure it from any return of uninvited guests. He did exactly what he said he would do and more always documenting and sharing his work along the way. We greatly appreciated the fact that he did not rush his work and took the time needed to do it right and do it once. Greg's professionalism, attention to detail and good workmanship made it a pleasure to work with him.

Our experience with Precision Predator Removal was very good, They were thorough and professional. We are still waiting for them to complete the job but expect that will be satisfactory also. The job was started in the Fall but we still have bats and it isn't being addressed.
