A 5 star rating you gotta be kidding ! He took about 10 min.from start to finish and "shot the breeze"with me the rest of the visit .I honestly THOUGHT he had other workers with him but no such luck !The roaches were WAY worse AFTER .Ask the company 3 times to come out again. .He never did.I complained and staff tried to argue that I got another servicing which wasn't true.125$ initial tx (yeah RIGHT !)and they wanted to collect ANOTHER 95$.Nasty ,argumentative .First and LAST time I'll ever use

I can't review his work, he only did a pest inspection for new home purchase. I can say that after the inspection it was impossible to get in contact with him for the followup work he quoted. I currently live 3 hours from Hartsville, SC, and I am trying to sell a house in order to settle an estate. The prior tenants had to be evicted and left behind some unwanted guests (roaches). While the gentleman who did the extermination work was very nice on the phone, the roaches did not go away. The realtors are reporting back that the roaches are still there. When I called to get the exterminator to go back, no one returned my call.
