Not sure why somebody advertises urgent services but their inventory is somehow my problem. Lady stated that technician could only receive a picture of pest and that they would be unable to determine cycle or rate of infestation so I opted to call someone more professional with a greater understanding of not just how to kill something but how it functions to be
