*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will rip you off and and lie straight to your face! They gave us a 30 day guarantee, and didn’t even get rid of them for one day. When the lady first came to our house, we had no problems and everything was great, but we had to keep calling her back out (almost everyday) because she couldn’t get rid of the problem. And let me just state it was a minor case, nothing a “licensed company” wouldn’t be able to get rid of it. Every time we called her out she would just give us some excuse on why she couldn’t come out that day, one time she told use that she was “stuck in traffic and would be at our house in 30 minutes” of course she never showed up. Eventually she blocked all of our numbers and didn’t return any calls or messages. I’m not one to rant but this really got under my skin! It’s not right to take someone’s hard earned money and not do your job.
