From the first phone call to the end was an amazing experience. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was also very sweet. I can't remember her name unfortunately. Anthony Felton was the gentleman that came to my house to take care of my issues and he was amazing as well. Very helpful and sweet. 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone.

Ashley Gann went out of her way to make sure our home did not have active termites. She did a thorough inspection and then had a second person come back out to confirm. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, communicated any change in plans and was friendly. I will definitely use her again if need be!

I first want to say that I am overly satisfied with the service I received from Lea Hall.She was sincere,she listened and she was very understanding of my dire situation.She did more than just hear me out about how my past 4 days has been traumatic due to my recent rodent problems.We discussed plans on how to get the process started.I do wish that my experience with the lady who set up my service was explained correctly instead of it being downplayed as if my situation wasn't urgent.
