Don’t use this company. Formally Action Pest (was a great local owned company) now is owned by a private equity . They are so big that the billing is centralized and they have no clue where Fort Mill SC is let alone the correct amount to bill you. My contract (that was through Action Pest) states I pay $195 a year for renewal. The last two years after being bought out by Rocket they have tried to charge me more for my treatments. My contract is for 10 years….they bought the Company, they have to

WOW! I don't impress easily but I'm impressed with Matt and the exceptional service I received from him. From my initial phone conversation to paying him for a job well done, my experience with Matt and Pro Core was award winning. First of all, if you are looking for pest control...don't look any further! Coley Coombs knows what he is doing 100%! He took such good care of us when we found out we had termites!! A new and disheartening experience for us, but with Coley, it ended up being a great experience and with great relief on our end. He took care of us in such a professional AND personal manner! I called Southern Defense Pest Control when I saw 2 small mice. Scott came out to the house and did a thorough inspection of the garage, the attic, the inside and the outside of my home. He said he did not find evidence of a serious problem. He explained where he thought the mice got in and gave me advice on how to close up the point of entry. He advised me at to what to buy to protect my home from further invasion and to call him if I had any more problems. He did not charge me. I apprecia

We started using Souther Defense back in August after a bout of pesky ants started appearing in the house. Coley got us on their books quickly and had them taken care of within 24-48hours! We just had our quarterly visit where we met his brother Scott (they’re currently the entirety of the company), he took care of everything outside! I declined inside because we hadn’t had any issues since August. Fast forward a week or so later, we found that more ants snuck into our cabinets, I called around

Golf Course Lawns is amazing! We have bermuda grass and had horrible weeds growing all over, especially in our back yard.
