My son and I an 8 yr old where playing with a rc boat in a small retention pond in front of this location on a Sunday. Our little boat had just broke on us and we where headed back to our truck when a jeep Cherokee came in to the parking lot stopped started at my son and me for a good 30 seconds as we we walking back around to get in our truck that was parked in the esabliments parking lot. The jeep Cherokee speed through the parking lot backed up really close to my truck a male in his late 40's wearing mean shorts and a white shirt with sunglasses on got out and stood between my truck and his blocking my way to get back in my vehicle. Now me being a 6yr military vet was immediately put on alert. I grabbed my son that was beside me and put him behind me. I couldn't see the man's hands because he was still on the other side of my truck. I ask the man "can I help ya bud" he said "Yeah! You're trespassing" as he still stood there. I put my son in my truck from the passenger side as I knew my driver side was still locked to get my son safe. I proceeded around the back of my truck where I placed our little rc boat and said "not a problem bud we are leaving" the wasn't good enough for this man. He stood his ground still at my door and I stated again. "We are leaving bud. We don't need to continue this conversation in front of my son" this wasn't good enough for him he wanted to continue to tell me this was his property and even if I parked next door it was still trespassing" I once again stated "we are leaving we won't be back at all" and tried to get in my truck he still wanted to continue but finally he walked away and went in to his building. If this is an in any way how this man "the owner" conducts business and scares children this place deserves lower than one star. You really need to fix the way you approach people. You could have simply kindly asked us to leave. I'm a respectable man and have taught my son to be the same way so thank you on showing my son how a human is not suppose to be.
