The Sale person of this company came to my house and offered me he will give me a gift card if I choose to jump to this company, since I already had one, so he put me a very high Cancellation Fee to avoid later I could cancel de contract and finally he never accomplish her compromise to give me the cancellation fee of the first company that I had, so at the end, the service was not so good as he told me and also I had to paid the first cancellation fee of the company that I had before. So don’t believe this sale people from this company, they only wants their commissions and doesn’t care about the CUSTOMERS.

Awful company. They provide subpar service. Won't go inside the house unless you tell them ahead of time and make a separate appointment while charging you $99 a month. Terrible Terrible. Don't use them. They sell a good game but they do not hold up their end of the bargain and their products does nothing. A complete waste of money and time. Same company as Aruza Pest control now. One of their reps damaged my wall and never owned up to it. They will also continue to charge you for closed accounts. THIS IS A SCAM!

I originally gave 4 stars because our technician was great for our regular treatment. However, we were also scheduled for a termite inspection later in the week. My husband called to confirm the day of the inspection and they verified that the tech would be there. The tech never showed and since our appointment was at 5, he was not able to reach anyone to let them know because the office closes at 5.

I was home, didn't even know he had come by. Since I was home, I would have had him treat the internal as well. I don't know what he did. He didn't do the screened porch, because I would have saw him. I sit facing that direction. I don't know if he circled the house. We will think about this going forward, Thanks.

For starters they are impossible to get a hold of. It always goes straight to voicemail. They said most of the bugs would be gone but that is not true. I understand it’s impossible to keep bugs out of the house completely but we seem to get more bugs even after they come. Not to mention they are awful at communicating. We needed to change a date and they said that was fine and ended up coming on the original date even though they said they changed it. I definitely would not recommend them to anybody.

This company has a great sales pitch.. unfortunately their products has been everything except helpful. I was told after the second treatment that there wouldn't be any "bug" seen again.. the rep guaranteed it would work after the second treatment. They claim to discount the initial service up to $260. I spoke with someone via text(last week) and specifically told them what day I'd be available to speak with a manager. I haven't heard anything from a manager then I get an invoice and my account was drafted for the "discounted" said amount. I called to speak with someone to no avail, I left a message waiting on a callback.. stay away from this company you're better off going to Lowe's or Home Depot. The ONLY reason I gave this company a chance is due to their sales pitch saying they could get rid of ants. False advertising at it's best.

Impossible to communicate with, will not come back out to re-service. They quoted me 50/mo and I pay 99/mo for service that does not work! Should have stayed with prior pest control company that was responsive and working! I cannot even contact anyone to cancel service with anthem! I’ve left multiple voicemails, texts.

Horrible service!! Have to call multiple times for treatments in between the every three month treatments!! Spoke with the manager and all they say is they will send their lead tech out!! Even with the lead tech always so many bugs!! Upon cancellation they make you pay back the supposed discount that you originally get so don’t be fooled you are not getting no discount when you sign up!! Manager was rude and only solution was to get his lead tech out again as if he wasn’t here the last time like a week ago!! It’s not the workers it’s their product!! I was promised that the job would get done and I would not have any issues in the inside but I had bulwark before and they do such an amazing job compared to this company!! Don’t be fooled by their sale reps!! All they do is talk but nothing works!! I’m so upset that I got fooled into giving them a chance!! They have horrible customer service and give attitude!! They are not professional at all especially the manager!! Don’t waste your time!!

The sales rep came to our house even though we have a no soliciting sign. Then came BACK at almost 9 pm. I get having to make a living, but I have two little kids that he woke up. They might do a great job w bugs, I cannot comment on that, but I am highly annoyed by the sales guy.

I have a no soliciting sign on my door. The sales person from this company decided he would still knock, which made my dog bark and wake up my baby. I explained to him it was rude and to respect the sign. If I wanted their service I would find and call them.

I Purchased overall pet safe pesticide for home. Note: Staff was excellent for the most part… HOWEVER, Pesticide not working great to be honest… expensive & not effective. At this point, I will be cancelling service at earliest convenience & calling it a LO$$. At this moment I am looking at an area directly sprayed in my garage & I see 6 spiders w/in a 2 foot diameter!
