Had Outdoor Appearance treat my lawn 6 times a year. Had them for a few years and at first things seemed to be good, but then my lawn started to have weeds and got worse as time went on. Saw the owners once when I initially made a contract with them and once again after I asked Betsy to come out because of issues with the yard. Other than that, contact was mostly by text and not in person even after the weed issue continued. I called to get the issue resolved, but couldn't reach anyone by phone; however, I would get text messages. Was told I can pay an additional fee to address the weeds. Well, I've been paying a fee 6 times a year to take care of the lawn and now they want more money to treat the weeds they were already paid to take care of throughout the year! Unfortunately, Outdoor Appearance let me down...and left me with a weed problem.
