I would not recommend doing business with this company. In May 2024, I accidentally paid Bryan Vassy of Allpest in Cowpen, SC, $257.50 via Venmo, confusing it with my own pest control service, Alapest in Fairhope, AL. After receiving an overdue invoice from Alapest, I realized the mistake. Despite multiple attempts via text and email to resolve the issue, including providing proof of the transaction and creating a Venmo payment request, Bryan has not refunded the money. He briefly acknowledged my first message before hanging up when I answered. This behavior raises serious concerns about his ethics and how he conducts business.
