I thought I just posted a response, but it disappeared, so if this is repetitive I apologize. This case is, as many often are, a case of misunderstanding. I just looked at the invoice from this case, and it clearly states that the treatment re-service fee rate is good for 90 days and lists it’s expiration date, and to give it two weeks to take effect. Nowhere on the invoice does it say wait three months to call us back to retreat. I even went back and checked to phone call notes from your original call, and it was explained that it would, in all likelihood take multiple visits to remedy the issue. I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with the result, but I assure you that it is 100% the result of waiting three months to have us back out to treat a second time. Nonetheless, I understand that miscommunication sometimes happens, and I value our clients. I therefore would be happy to schedule you for another series of treatments, at a reduced initial fee of $75.

I’m gonna need a little more information before I can accurately respond to this situation. Until then I continue to rely on the hundreds of satisfied clients that we have kept happy for the last 15 years.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I’m not sure who you are, but in light of the negative review, I would ask if you called us to come back to your house for a follow up visit? Often times, based on the problem, it can take more than one visit to remedy the situation. If the problem was general pests, such as spiders, you had a three month warranty, with no re-service fee. If you are still within the three month window of the original service date, we would be happy to come back to retreat.

Mrs Williams, I looked up your account and spoke at length with the technician that did your two treatments. I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the results to this point, but it was explained to you after looking at your particular situation that it was likely going to take multiple visits to remedy the problem. This is common when dealing with this type of insect. It was also explained to you the nature of the price structure, including the $40 follow up fee for each visit. I understand that an infestation of insects can be a frustrating thing to deal with, but this is simply how the process goes. I will be happy to have the technician come back to your home, for the pre-agreed to follow up fee of $40. Thanks.

This account was told at the time of the initial appointment that the treatment required would take multiple trips, due to the nature of the issue. The breeding habits of this particular insect are such that there were multiple egg sacs waiting to hatch in areas that are inaccessible to treatment. We always strive to educate our clients as to the underlying causes of anything they may see after treatment. This was simply, I believe, a case of misunderstanding or a communication breakdown. At any rate, they were certainly eligible for retreatments at the much-reduced reservice rate for a three month period.
