You need to teach your drivers how to drive instead of having them pull out in front of people and almost get hit in the passenger door. I had to slam on my brakes and blow my horn at him and then he continuously stares in my face like it's my fault when it's really his. You almost lost one of your trucks today. Be glad I have good brakes!!

Aggressive driver who gave me the finger because he can't drive. Called the company to report it and the driver called me to cuss me out. Totally unprofessional people.

I want to thank Lucas and son for the amazing job they job removing the hornet nest. I called yesterday morning at 8:30am and they were at my house by 9:20 I think it was. THEY ROCK!! Also would like to thank the sweet receptionist that was so kind too!!

Dude stright up called my fiancé an idiot on the phone for being displeased with their service, we called several times after they sprayed everytime we were told that they would call us back and they never did so a post was made in the local FB group looking for a new service and detailing our issue. Whoever this man was did not like that, absolutly unprofessional all we wanted was communication and a resolution to our problem we were not looking for a refund or anything like that. I understand being upset over a bad review but insulting the customers who had the bad experiance isn’t gonna make for a good review.

Came to my house once a month for 6 months. We were having a roach problem thanks to a microwave we purchased at a yard sale , "CHECK IT OUT FIRST!!!" . After 4 visits I noticed they were getting worse, never saw a dead one anywhere. On the fifth visit I collected a sample from a puddle of spray in my house. Had it checked in a lab at work turns out they were feeding them sugar water , yep SUGAR WATER. To do that to people in my opinion is just plain evil above all just nasty. I fired them over the phone because seeing that guy again would have ended badly. Called Drennen they came sprayed one time and we haven't seen another bug for a year now. Call Drennen.

I have used this business before and they done a good job but after today I never will again. A man in a white Lucas & Son's Chevy passed me in front of the Sheriff's office on Dawson drive today. He then parked on the side of the road by his mailbox. I was going past and could not get in the other lane due to an 18 wheeler in the on coming lane. He threw his door open into my lane and I almost took his door off and could not swerve. I looked in the review mirror and he was flipping me off. I was going to call the owner of the company to complain only to find out he is the owner so it would be a useless call. This man represented his company very poorly and I refuse to give money to a business with such a rude owner.

I am a resident of Chester county and one of the guys that work for them has a girlfriend that lives a couple houses down from me. We actually got into it and he said some racial slurs to my friend and i. I am Hispanic and was disgusted by his behavior. He was also in his business truck that day so I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I had one of this company's truck cut me off driving flipped me off and tried to hit the side of my vehicle the police was called I would not use any kind of business with people like that working for them
