Had the best experience with this company. Tammy is amazing and my pest technician was the best! I was a little skeptical because all the other technicians from other companies were so quick to come in and leave with out really doing anything but he stayed and worked and he was so thorough. Will be using them for quarterly treatments

I left a review 4 years ago when I first started using this company and Jeremy and Dawn were the best and have gone above and beyond for the last 4 years. I was saddened to hear neither Jeremy or Dawn were with the company anymore. I had a new technician come to both our houses today and we were not impressed to say the least. While the technician was friendly he advised us they no longer spray around the baseboards inside the house and only spray around the plumbing under the sinks, windows and entry doors. He sprayed with a little can that looked like the WD40 cans with a little straw nozzle and then he sprayed up my chimney ???? chemicals up a chimney doesn't sound right to me and I brought that up and his comment was "No one really use their fireplace". I use my fireplace every single day in the winter to keep down my power bill. Then he left his boot covers on the road in front of our house. He then went to our other house and told our tenant he really did not need to spray inside the house as we have no bug issues. Our tenant had him spray inside regardless. The whole reason we have no issues is because we spray every quarter. The rates have gone up and yet they are using less chemicals by not spraying around the baseboards. We will be monitoring for any change int he homes over the coming months and considering our options moving forward for the next treatment.

Usually, I have Jeremy come and he does a great job making sure not to spray anything. I don’t want sprayed like plants and such. He’s always on top of taking care of my house. Thank you, Jeremy.

This is an honest company and they don't try to get you to sign up on a 1 year contract like most other pest businesses I called do. They were willing to help me out on a one time bases to take care of an ant problem that developed and they did a great job. I now use them for quarterly maintenance.
