Had Enlow come out to do an inspection for moisture and termites for a certificate I needed on a home I was in the process of buying and was told the wood under my house was the best he had seen in years, nothing to worry about with moisture. Now that I’m tens of thousands of dollars in debt, the floor of my living room is sunken in with black mold covered, water rotted floor joists and a damaged main beam because he didn’t perform the full inspection properly.
