These guys were called out by my rental company and they did an amazing job! Unfortunately my only baby gate was broken in the process but I reported the damage to them and they replaced it at no cost on my end <3. Highly recommend these guys as they are respectful and take responsibility! Some how even the boxelder bugs died and I didn't know that was even possible without chemicals!

He is so knowledgeable and very helpful!! Would definitely recommend working with him as he’s really good at getting back to you right away as well! Will definitely do whatever he can to help you out the best he can!

Very satisfied! Quick response to my phone call and responded to our house the same day we called. Removed the nest of yellow jackets from under a bush without damaging the plant. Very friendly and explained his 30 day guarantee policy. I would highly recommend him!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh. I am not one to deal with bugs nor do I deal with things I can easily pay someone else to deal with. That being said, every interaction with this company has been great. They’ve taken care of the yellow jacket nests on our home for two summers and I wouldn’t use another company. They respond quickly when setting up a service call and just text you a link to the bill when they’re done. So fast and convenient! All around superior service.

Highly recommend! We had wasps living in a space in the exterior siding of our house and he was able to come over on a short notice. The wasps were all gone by the next day!

I've written exactly (0) reviews on any company in the last three years, but I just had Josh with Herman Pest Control out again for a new issue (there's been several). This time was for about 2,500 Yellowjackets that made their way into my sprinkler remote valve enclosure. I'm always amazed by his excellent communication, expeditious attention of my concerns - from arrival to "issue 100% resolved" - and the value of his services. I now have him out for every pest, rodent, insect, etc. concern I have - including preventative! Any service he provides, he's my "guy!" A++++

Josh was super quick about coming out to the house. We asked for him to exterminate 1 wasp nest in the exterior wall of our house which he had done in under 5 minutes, then identified another wasp nest we didn't even notice before, and he took care of the second nest as well with ease. He was very informative about what to expect over the following 24 hours, and since his help we haven't had a single issue. Would highly recommend!

As summer was coming to an end so was my last nerve… as desperation sent in I took to Facebook in hopes to find a remedy for 2 hornet/wasp infestations that had taken over my home while I was away… after trying almost everything I finally decided to reach out to Herman Pest Control Services… within half an hour he was able to make it to my house even while I was at work and take care of the problems! Haven’t seen a single hornet since! I’d definitely refer his services to a friend or family… Probly not any of my enemies tho… they can suffer from the hornets! Arrived in a super timely manner, efficient, effective, and definitely within my budget… I would’ve spent at least what I paid him trying all of the suggestions Facebook world had to offer with little to no success!

Very quick to answer and deal with our hornet problem! He even took the time to show our kids what kinds there were and how they construct their nests! Absolutely the first place I would recommend to anyone!

Crazy fast response time and very professional. We noticed a hornets nest in a tree above our driveway and he was here within an hour of first contact. He eliminated our problem quickly and even asked if my kids wanted to check out the nest after he removed it. We would happily use his services again and highly recommend him!

I called Herman Pest Control out yesterday at around 3 p.m. to remove a wasp nest. When I called, there was no answer. I didn't want to call anyone else because when we first moved into the house about five years ago, he came out and took care of our wasp problem that wouldn't allow us to be in our backyard, and he was great to work with. So, within 30 minutes, he called back, and I was expecting him to come by the next day. Instead, he was at our place by about 8 p.m. He took care of the problem and stopped at the next-door neighbor's house to remove their wasp nest as well. He is always super friendly and does amazing work. When I got the bill this morning, I was absolutely shocked to see how great his prices are for his services. I highly recommend him to everyone I can. 10/10

Dont hire Herman pest control, He did an awful job, He destroyed my property when he was here for a job, I would never threaten anyone, but when someone does a job like he did, I dont kbow how he stayed in business, I refuse to have him near my prioerty, he basicilly kicked me out of my own hoyse, and than destroted it, did a awful job, broke my furniture and left, very unprofessionsl, he needs to be trusted when he goes into someobes home, i had to replsce hubdreds of dollarsnof furniture, due to his csreless regard to our property, his customer service is awful, needs alot of help in that area, if you want a job done well, herman is not the perdon for thd job.

Mr, Herman is a fraud, had him do pest control in my home and he did an awful job, i got the pest back and he refuses to redo my home, if he would have done it correct the first time, i wouldnt have this issue, niw he wants more $$$ to redo it, he doesnt stand by his work, he also destriyed my home by flipping over furniture and not cleaning up after himself hes a disgrace to tge pest control business,

Box elder bugs. Next day all over front and back yard. Lousy job. Just wants the money.
