I signed up with Ecolab for pest control maintenance for a commercial building and food service establishment. I was charged about $300/month, and received no service, no trap, nor even a phone call for month and a half. Then a river of lies came roaring from every level at Ecolab. Endless lies to justify the lack of equipment, and after two-moths I was sent used, defective equipment with grafity. Calls for service get response few day later, while charges are automatic regardless lack of service and absence of equipment. in a nutshell, Ecolab pest control demonstrated to me the worst service, and value for money a food service establishment could receive; to me, the whole setup is just fraud dispensed by a bunch of careless, unprofessional crowd.
