I definitely recommend this company! We’ve been customers of Northern Pest Control since moving to our home a year and a half ago, but the company had serviced the home for the previous homeowners. It was obvious that the home had been well taken care of and we wanted to keep it that way. We were new to the area and Mr. Frank Sr. answered all of our questions. We’ve met several of the workers and they are all very pleasant, professional and helpful. They always call when they’re on their way and they make sure to put on the disposable booties before entering the home. So the workers are all great but I particularly like Jonnie because he has a real good memory and followed up on some traps he’d set up all on his own. I had totally forgotten about those. Jonnie is very knowledgeable and I appreciate him explaining things. The whole team is great.

the latest receipt i received says under plan description "you will be charged per service at $175." am i correct in understanding that i will be charged "per quarter" ? and there is another variation i dont understand. i am allowed how many visits per quarter before additional charges?

Frank Sr. came to exterminate an ant problem we were having and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with all my questions and professional and knowledgeable about everything. He was a joy to talk to he’s very nice and doesn’t come-off as a pushy salesman who’s looking to rip you off like some inspectors do. They are very reliable and quick ro resolve our bug issues. I would definitely recommend them, there definitely my only go to people.
