We’ve trusted Fly Tech Extermination for years and they have always been amazing. My whole family uses them and we’ve never had a single issue. Recently our house had a pretty bad stink bug and wasp problem, and Fly Tech came out the very next day after I called. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything. They’re always kind, on time, and truly care about helping their customers. I had a big yellowjacket problem, so much they were about to break through my ceiling. After not hearing back from the company who sprayed my house earlier this year, I received Don's information from another company who was away on vacation. He came to my house on a Sunday within two hours of my initial call and took care of the problem right away. It shows great dedication and commitment to customer service when someone comes out on their day off. He was polite and professional. I will definitely use him in the future if needed.

I had a nasty bee problem, and he took care of it right away! He was also very flexible with the payment. He came in a Monday, even though I told him I didn’t get paid until Wednesday- and he helped me anyways! And he guarantees his work for the season. Wow! Can’t recommend them enough. -Excellent Customer Service -Fast Response time -Effective Solutions -Terrific “Warranty” Absolutely deserving of 5-Stars. We were having a bee problem. I called several exterminators on line either they didn't answer or there was an answering machine. I finally called Fly Tech it rang for a while but Don answered. He was very friendly and concerned with our problem. Although he was very busy he made time to come to our house in between other calls. He assessed the problem, took a look all around our home for any other issues then explained the proper way to get rid of these pests. I highly recommend this company. By the way a neighbor was having problems saw him working at our home and asked if he would help him out. Don didn't even hesitate he went right over and as I said he was very busy and had to fit us in between other jobs. This is a company that knows customer service!!!!!

I called Don after find a huge yellow jacket nest at the edge of my rooftop. He answered the phone (which you don't get very often anymore}. He got got me right in today for removal of almost 3000 yellow jackets! His work is guaranteed. He was professional and very friendly. He even picked up the nest pieces he knocked down and took it all with him. Prices are very reasonable as well!!! Highly recommend Don and Fly Tech.

We have been plagued by carpenter bees since we moved in 10 years ago. We had several nests from the previous owners in the walls and Don at Fly Tech was the only one to respond back to my call on Labor Day 2013. It was a holiday but with all the bees coming in our home with young kids, Don came in and took care of business. It was extremely hot in our attic where the nest was located. He was super professional and I have been using him ever since. I am on his yearly spray list and it is worth every penny. Thanks for a great service and a company we can trust!

I spoke with Don first thing this morning about a bee problem, and he was here within a couple of hours. Works quickly and efficiently, informs you of what he’s done, reasonably priced and guarantees his work.
