Gil came over promptly when I called him. He was able to identify the problem quickly and advised me what to do. He then proceeded to spray all over the house on 2 levels. He came back a week later and did a second spray. I haven’t seen any mites since. I am very happy with his services and would highly recommend him. His prices are reasonable and he worked with us to solve our problem.

We suspected a termite problem in our house back in April after finding some flying termites in our bathrooms. We panicked and immediately contacted Stars Exterminator. Gil responded very quickly and came the same day to inspect our house. He was friendly, professional, and communicated very clearly throughout the process. He patiently answered all of our questions and helped ease our concerns. We arranged for a liquid treatment around the house that same weekend. Gil was punctual, and his work was clean, thorough, and neatly done.

Called Gil as my parents’ home was experiencing ants in their kitchen. Gil was quick to respond and was at the house that same afternoon. He put down some organic particulate rather than the chemical spray that I’ve experienced in the past and treated two levels of the home and the exterior. He also made suggestions for recaulking entry ways since the old caulk was cracking. We noticed results within a couple days as there were no more ants in the house. Overall, great service and would recommend his company to anyone looking for quick and efficient pest removal services!

Gill was INCREDIBLE! Professional and personable. I saw bees entering my mom’s house from outside of the house and suspected a hive. I called Gill in the morning and he was at my mom’s house in an hour. He inspected the area and discovered multiple bee hives inside of the ceiling of her living room. Gill was genuinely concerned for my mom’s well being, explained everything clearly, and took care of the problem. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone I know.

Gil was dependable, approachable, clear, and transparent about the tasks and his plan to solve the problem. We faced wasps in our front door awning, and unexpectedly, five wasp nests were just above our front door. Gil completed the work with minimal damage to the exterior and safely removed the annoying wasps. We appreciate it.

Gill is extremely helpful. I called him for a wasp's nest in my house and he was available right away. He carefully removed the siding to ensure no damage was done and stayed as long as he needed to, to make sure the wasps were all gone. Would highly recommend!

Gil was very professional removing the wasp nest from our home. He was also very informative on how to prevent the issue from happening again. It was top quality service, fair pricing, and great communication throughout the whole process. Hopefully we won't have to remove any future nests but if we do, we would call Gil!

We thought we had termites in the basement but after Gil’s inspection, he informed us we had mold from a water leak. We hired him to do a preventive termite extermination for the exterior of the house and he was extremely flexible with great communication.

The wasps somehow got into the walls from outside and were starting to find their way into the house. He was patient in explaining my options and understanding of the unique circumstances. He got rid of all the nests and did as thorough a job as possible. Also recommended me a great handyman to fix the walls and provided advice on how to keep the wasps out for good.
