Have a pest problem and need someone to call? Don't waste time calling the other guys (trust me). Call Jellison Pest Control! When you have a problem you want a responsive professional, who gets back to you in a timely manner and can answer your basic starter questions by phone. I can't say that about his competitors. The owner Chris called me right back (impressive response time but I did start calling companies around 8am that day). What I liked is that I was speaking to a human. A human who was able to listen to me, my needs and my concerns. He was able to give me base line information by phone to help me make a decision. Chris was so down to earth and yet extremely professional on that call. He let me know he knew I was probably calling around but to let him know if he could solve our problem. Let me tell you- I priced around and his prices are quite fair for our market area. He got a response back pretty quick based on his responsiveness, pricing, availability and knowledge of the problem I was dealing with. Like I said don't waste your time calling around. I'd love to save you the headache of calls that do not get returned timely or at all or companies who can't answer basic starter questions a customer is likely to ask, or seem to have pest knowledge. From our initial call I knew all of those needs were or would be satisfied by Jellison Pest Control. Also, you get the owner, Chris at your home when you schedule. I am not sure about you, but when I am having any stranger come to my home I want to know who they are not some random tech whose name I learn the day they show up. Chris was able to perform both an inspection of property and start services that same day (as inspection). Some of the competitors will tell you they'll come day 1 (many with a fee associated) to do only inspection. They will then get back to you with what day they can come back and plan to eradicate whatever issue your dealing with (For another fee). Which means you could be waiting 4-7 days before a treatment for your pest treatment even begins. If your calling a pest control professional it's because you want help for whatever issue you have quickly. You will get quick, friendly, knowledgeable, understand and a kind person in general when you call Jellison Pest Control. I had a million questions and he was patient enough to answer them all even by text. I have had Chris Jellison out to my home twice now and I think I can confidently say he solved my problems! Now if youre still on the fence - the tell tale sign of a great person- even my big dog liked him quickly into visit #1(she takes a long time to like anyone) and by the 2nd they were best of friends. Did I mention he is pet friendly? I give this a company a FULL Star review and I will keep him in mind for the future! We all know changing seasons can bring a host of new "friends" and it good to know a guy who can help!

Chris is a good dude and he took care of all my pest issues. His prices are very good and he is more than willing to come in between monthly services to take care of anything that pops up. Definitely recommend!
