Regan Pest Services

We used Regan Pest Control for several years, purchased year-round contracts for two homes, and referred the company to many others. We were always happy with Josh and Crystal. In 2024, they only completed 1 service in May for the annual contracts. Since Josh left, there were several scheduled visits with no shows. We reached out to Chris, who said he would honor the contracts, but that left us with more no shows, and no refunds. Stay away from this business. Something has changed.

Awesome service. Called yesterday about a massive hornets nest in an old shed. They came out today, badda boom badda bing took care of it. Super nice person on the phone and super nice representative came to the home. I highly recommend these guys.

Never showed for appt, left vm, text etc. No callback either! Won't reach out again.

Chris, Dave, Josh great! But Cheryl is extra special. She is friendly customer service and is very schedule accommodating. Have used these guys for years and highly recommend them.

Did a great job and very nice

The team at Regan were very empathetic and responsive to getting rid of our bed bug problem for one of my relatives. This was a sensitive issue for a few reasons, and they spent lots of time going over what to expect and worked around our schedule. Their service was much less invasive than other proposed bed bug pest control solutions (ie heat which would be very damaging and doesn't really work). And most importantly, it worked! No more bed bugs. Crystal was great to work with and always available and responsive for our many questions.

For the first time in my life, I had a very active ground hornets nest in fall of 2020, surprise! I contacted Regan Pest Control, because my brother had used their services. Josh came to my house really quickly. He knows his stuff. I asked him about a million questions and he was so polite in answering them all. Not only was he able to kill the ground hornets nest, he also treated my home and buildings exteriors when I asked about ants I've been getting. I was so impressed in Josh's initial visit, that I wanted a yearly pest control plan with them. Regan Pest Control employees are absolutely professional, responsive and polite. Crystal is very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. Josh is always very professional when he comes to my house. He gets right down to business, but also kindly has conversation, answers my questions if I happen to be home when he comes. I don't know how he isn't afraid of the ground and wall nests of hornets I had in the past, but good lord he gets rid of them all. Bonus points for never seeing another ant in my house since he's been treating my property. Great place for sure! Thank you Regan Pest Services for all you do!

Regan Pest Services has gone above and beyond for my family more than once. Most recently, a sewer problem (not even pest control related) caused major issues for my basement...Chris and crew were able to deodorize and more importantly sanitize the area within 24 hours. They also do top notch carpentry work if you need rodent exclusion, soffet repair, etc. Fantastic company, they truly put your families' needs and safety first. Thank you Chris.

100% recommend Regan Pest! They were prompt to give us a quote, followed up in a timely manner, made our home a priority asap and completed the job successfully. They went above expectations and each representative of the company was friendly, understanding and prompt. My husband and I highly recommend their services. I live in a high rise building in Albany NY and there are over 200 apartments in this building. Josh has been working with and servicing my building for the last few years, and he is the TRUTH. There are NO pests on my floor, and I had a problem with what he described to me were,"flour beetles." I didn't know where these gross little bugs were coming from, and upon telling him, he knew EXACTLY what it was. When I opened the bag I keep my flour in, I almost threw up. I had NO idea having flour long term could cause these bugs. Josh answered my questions about other grainy products I have, and he even TOOK MY TRASH OUT!!! I wish I could've hugged him for solving the problem of being clean, but not knowing what these bugs were. He is ALWAYS professional, personable, courteous,and thorough. I am very thankful for Josh knowing I'm a clean tenant, and that Josh is the one handling the 14th floor of my building. Was told they would be at my house 9/9 between 2-5. 2-5 never happened. I planned my day around that window. I turned down work and lost money. No phone call to reschedule. Nothing.

I am so happy I chose Regan Pest Services to help me with my ant problem!! I am even happier that Joshua came out to do the job. He was patient with me, answering all my questions and explaining everything he was going to do to rid my home of the carpenter ants. He was very professional throughout the process and really put me at ease. It is very refreshing these days to find company that is reliable with staff that are courteous and kind. I contacted Regan Pest Services to resolve a problem with mice in a house. Their response was rapid, their treatment very effective, their follow-up visits timely, and their price quite reasonable. That's enough for me. But additionally, they are friendly and quintessentially professional; from my first and subsequent phone conversations with Crystal, to the multiple visits by Chris and Dave - this group knows their business inside and out. Hopefully, I won't need this type of service in the future, but if I do, this is the company I'll want again. I recommend them very highly.

Regan Pest services is very thorough. Their customer service is excellent. The office returns phone calls promptly. When making a home visit, if they will be even 10 minutes late, they call to let us know. All treatments are explained carefully and their prices are fair. Whenever I am asked for a pest company, they are the one I recommend.
