Jared came to inspect our rat infestation. He was patient and thorough and came up with some good solutions. He will be back in 10 days to check on their efficacy. Update: Jared came back today to follow up. Both poison bait boxes are empty, and the rats have disappeared. One cadaver was found outside in the driveway. No dead rats were found in the basement or shed traps. It appears that the treatment was 100% effective. Thank you, Dana Pest Control, for a job well done!

Dana Pest Control went beyond and above to help me with my cockroach problem that came from Bob’s discount furniture, delivery l They were more than accommodating and they came several times to spray use gel bait and to check on the progress. They also were kind enough to write a letter and have it sent over to Bobs so I could try and get money back on the furniture that came Contaminated .. very responsive with text message the owner son.. but was under the Impression for 30 days they would provide service with one last follow up to confirm the problem was taken care of but after speaking with the person who answers the phone at office I was wrong I would have to pay an additional cost to have one last follow up which wasn’t what I was told when I signed up .. so I do recommend the service but to make sure you get what you pay for

I found them to be highly informed regarding my problem and they shared how to avoid the same animal from coming back. Will definitely use them again in the future!

R. Dana Pest Control is the absolute best! We've had their service for several years and they are always quick and responsive, all their technicians, especially Armando and Fred, are so nice, and they always get the job done. Recently they went above and beyond for a bee's nest in an impossible spot to reach on our roof, and they were all amazing! They were responsive coming back 3 times to figure out how to get to the spot safely, and then Anthony and Fred came out a third time, and Fred was up on the side of our house 40 feet in the air to get the job done. Cannot recommend these guys more!!

i have to change this review i wrote last year as service has been terrible lately!!! I have a contract with them and am looking for a simple service they used to do for ants for us. Left 2 messages with no response, finally got through to someone who was very rude and said we will have to wait at least a week until someone can come in. I can not wait until this contract is up and we will move our business to someone else.

I had a wasps nest in my kitchen cabinet and they came to do the work the same day I called! They’re professional, nice, and efficient. If any problem arise in my home, I will most definitely be calling them and recommending them to my friends and family!
