Devin takes care of our ant problem every Spring as soon as they start coming out with the warmer weather. I was trying DIY methods and sprays from Home Depot and nothing worked until he came to bait and spray our house professionally. He’s been treating our house for the past few years. I moved back to Long Island about two and half years ago and live along a wooded area. As the saying goes, Nature finds a way. We've used Doug's Bugs several times (especially for yellow jacket and wasp issues that pop up every few years). Doug has been great at dealing with the mice that suddenly showed up in my home. He has been checking in with me every few days. Today he came by after I called him and said the mouse is still alive in my laundry room. He was here in less than 30 min and got the mouse out. He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive by phone and text.

Used this company on my property in Plainview that was newly purchased. Doug came on time as scheduled and did a thorough job. He was upfront and very detailed in his explanations of the services performed, pricing, warranties, etc. I followed him during his service visit and he was very thorough in all aspects of his work. It's been a few months and I have not had any pest issues since his visit. His prices are also very reasonable and clear. I would recommend this company.
