Dependable Exterminating

I called this company and they cancelled every appointment. They always had excuses: "The driver called in sick", "The truck broke down", etc. They are NOT DEPENDABLE!!! They should change their name to UNRELIABLE EXTERMINATING!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone who is seeking extermination services.

We’ve had the pleasure of Russell our technician coming into our apartments and servicing for any thing that comes in the windows and he has been absolutely wonderful. I’m glad to have him here once a month to service our apartments in Palisades Gardens, Pomona, New York.

Russell from Dependable Exterminating was FANTASTIC! Great, Friendly, service. Came same day and sprayed wasp nest. Orkin came earlier in morning but said they couldn't do the job. after calls to Orkin manager, he promised to send crew that could do it. Then they canceled an hour later. LUCKY for me "Dependable Exterminating" IS Dependable. They are my go to company from now on. Russell, thanks again. You made my day.

A technician named Russell from Dependable Exterminating visited our home recently due to a problem we were having with ants. He sprayed the perimeter of the outside of our home and did extra treatment in the more infested areas. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the service.

Russ came to my elderly mother’s home and did a wonderful job finding the carpenter bees and taking care of it quickly. He is patient and explained everything. He reassured us that we could call if there was any other problems and that was comforting.

Called Dependable Exterminating after finding some wasps in my house. Russell came out quickly, was very attentive to our concerns and was thoughtful in how to treat the areas with consideration for our kids. He was very friendly and personable on top of it all. Very easy to deal with and would definitely call again if we have pest issues in the future.

I had a great experience with Russell this morning. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was going to do . It was a very high job since hundreds of yellow jackets had formed a hive inside the top of my house. Very poor customer service, call someone else

The exterminators are excellent!!! But their customer service gots to go. They are passive aggressive and difficult to communicate with. They do not allow you to speak over the phone and since I have complained already the communication has become even worse. You can tell customer service reps are upset that we complained and their tones over the phone are not pleasant. They pretend to be aloof when convenient and when not their sarcasm screams through the phone. I will finish my service package that I have with this company but I don’t know if I can return again. It’s sad because the exterminators are great. But whomever picks up the phone has to go!

Due to some stubborn bees I asked Dependable to come back. They returned my call right away and came right over. I've only dealt with Ken and he is very easy to talk to and get along with. I definately recommend this company.
