Did not get rid of the ants, they multiplied and started popping in way more places! Was paying 119$ a month and they couldn’t even get rid of the ants, combined with the mice it made me go crazy! They said it was taken care of but they kept getting worse.

Excellent customer Service and very knowledgeable

We had been loyal customers for a very long time. We paid every bill on time and rarely called for anything. This year, we had a LOT of regular and winged carpenter ants invading our master bedroom. We called on a Wednesday, and we were informed that nobody could get to us until the following week. We asked what we should do until them, and we were told, "Just vacuum them up until then." When I called back to inform them that this cannot wait, there was no help provided. The woman told me they're a small company, they're getting a lot of calls about this, and that she'd be frustrated, too, if she was me. I told her to cancel my plan. For a small company, you'd think that a supervisor or owner would respond and try to rectify the situation, but business must be booming there because there was no follow up. They were more than comfortable letting a longtime customer leave.

I have been using Scientific for almost 5 years and they are one of the best service companies I have ever used! Jessica and the other girls in the office are very nice and always so helpful! The owner once serviced our house himself and he told us that we really didn’t need one of the sprays that we thought we needed. Most companies try to make the bill as high as possible but scientific actually saved us money by being honest. I highly, highly recommend this company!!!

Mark the exterminator made me extremely uncomfortable. He seemed completely out of it, as if he was on drugs. Was jumpy and irritable the entire time, I nearly asked him to leave. I believe this person has substance issues and the company should not be sending Mark out to perform services. Very disappointed and will not be calling this company back.

If you have pests, unqualified service people are sent out to the job. When I called to arrange a follow up service appointment to treat bugs… after being a customer for 16 years, the receptionist bad mouthed her own employer. She explained to me that the ‘boss’ hires old men and kids. She said she tries to tell him that her customers have real problems, but “these are the people she has to send out”. I’ve decided to hire a new company.

Seriously how can you effectively exterminate when you can’t even follow simple rules of the road. Laws are not for you decided to follow when you want to but to just follow. Giving other drivers the finger out of your marked company car is not really good customer service. And being on your phone instead of paying attention to what you’re doing is not really good business. I’d recommend hiring a company that is a dime a dozen that practices good customer skills at all times. Who knows what they’ll do in your home if this is how they behave outside it. Also I have dashcam footage of the above if the owners would like to see it.

I have been a customer for 15 years. Yesterday I called with a simple request and it went horribly so much so I cancelled the service. Horrible customer service when the response is that we you should cancel the contract and the explanation from the company was due to a personality conflict.” I guess they don’t need the business.

I called last week to have my yard sprayed for ticks and they were here the following day. Super nice guy. Other places told me they wouldn't get to us for weeks. Fair pricing too!

They have been very attentive, coming whenever I call. When I had ants a few months back they came and the ants were gone the next day. I currently have a rodent problem and they come every week to check the traps. After over a month of no rodents being caught but them scurrying across my floor at night they put in bigger traps and a box in back with poison this week. Here's hoping they can help me find a way to get rid of them!

Excellent service! Garlic scented backyard💓. The crew walked carefully, around my flower garden. My husband had been with the company for 4 years But this is my first time seen them working, we have small dogs and we never worry about letting them loose on the same day, We just wait about 4 hours to make sure everything is dry up.

We get a natural garlic spray every year against ticks. It works great and we love that it's safe for dogs and children! Would definitely recommend!!

We have had great customer service from this company. We use the quarterly service and service for termites and they are very prompt and explain everything very well. Very satisfied with getting rid of our ant problem. UPDATE: last Summer we were incredibly busy since our second child was born. And it just so happens that scientific didn't even come and check our termite traps. I didn't realize this of course being distracted with a newborn. I was extremely disappointed especially since we had activity in one of the traps the season before. Luckily everything was fine, but after all the money we paid I'd expect them to be more professional than that.

My tenant called this company, total cost $271.xx to spray some hornets. I bough the spray and sprayed another house myself. total cost $3.xx at Home Depot. This bill is outrageous, time to raise the rent :) See pictures and avoid the ripoff.

Well I just canceled my contract with Scientific. They told me when I paid for my contract in full that all you need to do is call and we will be there. It turns out that it is not true. It's a quarterly treatment and it does not cover pest or termites. Do yourself a favor and do it yourself. There are plenty of products out there. When the tech came to treat my home he barely sprayed enough to give a moth a shower.Scientific ripoff.
