I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. During the appointment, the exterminator used only the materials I had already purchased, including all of my mouse traps. He didn’t bring any of his own supplies and even taped my own traps under the sink instead of addressing the actual issue. He also didn’t leave any extra traps behind. When I reached out afterward to resolve the situation, I was ignored for days and only offered a couple of extra traps—nothing close to fixing the proble
