He and his daughter were incredibly thorough and kept coming back until the pest issue at one of our rental properties was completely resolved. John was very accommodating with my schedule, which I really appreciated as a parent of young children. We have been working with Old Pest Control for several years. We were experiencing mice, especially in the ground floor of our split level home. John came in & from day one, he has been highly professional & tackled our infection. We were very comfortable with John's plan to initially eliminate the mice infestation & currently maintain the environment. When an appt is made, John is at our door! We are very satisfied with the fee Old School Pest charges for service & always 100% satisfied. We highly recommend the skill & service John offers through his business.

John was very responsive and took care of my bee problem in less than 24 hours. He immediately saw where the bees were entering the soffit and building a hive. He was professional, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend him.

I have had John taking care of my house and property for over a year or more. He and is services have been great. When ever something arose, he was always there. I would highly recommend him

no call back

John came to our apartment building to do preventative pest control and when asked by my wife if the pesticides were pet friendly he hesitated before saying yes. We have two service dogs that are unable to do there service dog duties for the next 30 - 45 days because in fact the pesticides that were sprayed in our apartment were in fact NOT PET FRIENDLY AT ALL. The photo attached is what one of our dogs leg looks like after going to the Vet and paying over $700 for a severe allergic reaction to the pesticides. John’s response was he has never had a problem with anything he has sprayed before but won’t be coming into our home again. Let me say that our dogs were not the only ones that had issues children from the building have also had allergic reactions from the pesticides and had to go to the doctors for treatment.

Excellent the worker showed up on time diagnosis the problem and came up with plan for removal.

Update: John contacted me and apologized for the miscommunication and offered a full refund. He took ownership of the misunderstanding and I feel confident that he made an honest mistake in not mentioning the charge. I appreciate his prompt responsiveness and overall demeanor. - - - Warning- there is an undisclosed dispatch fee. We were charged approximately $133 for a 20-minute consultation. We called because we heard sounds in the attic and thought we might have raccoons. John arrived a few hours later, went up to the attic to check on things, and then went outside to check around/inside the chimney. In all, he was at the house for about 20 minutes and informed us there were no pests, and the only thing to look out for were stink bugs in the fall, which we’d want to spray for. Then we were charged $133 for the visit. This was a surprise- as again, there was no work to be done other than confirming that the attic and chimney were clear. I can’t imagine the price of service if something actually needed to be addressed! I would recommend Natures Way Pest Control, who have visited twice for different consults and have not charged us anything for either visit. They are who I’ll be contacting this fall for any stink bug issues.
