Difficult to connect with. Told by Craig that I did not need to be home for an inspection at my home for vole control. He called me after saying he could not see evidence of any problem on my property. Meanwhile my above ground pool had to be taken down and semi ingrounded due to vole tunnels. Then ensued a series of phone tag calls looking for a time when Craig could come back. Today he informed me that he was headed to my house at 3:15 and would get there by 3:40. I left work immediately and headed home but got stuck in traffic from an accident. Craig called me at 3:55 and refused to wait any longer even though I was on the access road and saw him pass me. He was rude and claimed it was the second time he had been to my house. Lousy customer service. I will be looking for a different service provider.

Craig at Advanced Nuisance Wildlife Control Services and his colleague Lee are amazing. Lee came the next day to investigate a squirrel problem. They are responsive, knowledge and reasonable. Fair, trustworthy and able to handle any animal issue.

I had Racoons in my flat roof attic (no access) over my bedroom. Craig came over from Advanced Nuisance Wildlife Control and looked around my roof and found two openings. One was under a soffit and the other was on a low pitch part of my roof. I can't believe how a racoon can make a hole in the middle of a roof. These animals are strong! Craig suggested trying the natural way and using sent to scare Mama Racoon away and it worked. It took two nights and she was gone and her pups. Craig is very noligable. Worth every penny spent. Saved me thousands in repairs. I would have had to tear the inside and make more holes looking for the pups. Don't hesitate and call Craig if you have an issue with pests. He's my go to from now on.

Craig is a master at his craft! He located the animal with state of the art equipment and had it removed within 48 hours. We can't be happier with the results. Very professional and fair priced. Highly recommended!

I should have left this review sooner. 23 years ago you had to convince me to get the stainless steel cap. With the wind this week, I had 2 chimney caps in my yard. The neighbors asked for your number because they have to replace theirs every few years. Craig was incredible. We had a raccoon in our attic; within 24 hours of calling, Craig had assessed the situation, caught the animal, and repaired its entrance hole. Craig was awesome. I found a bat in my kids room. I was panicking when he showed up. He took almost 20 minutes talking to me and my daughter answering every question we had. He found the bat, did a full inspection and said that he believed the bat came in through a gap in the AC Unit. I was ready to sell the house, but he made us feel confident enough to stay

We had an issue with Squirrels getting into our attic. Craig was easy to get in touch with on a weekend, came Monday morning and quickly took action to try to trap the squirrels and then kept coming back until he was confident the issue was resolved. Would definitely use him again if needed.

I wish that the Sloth Encounters will be a non-violent regular exotic education center instead of a pet shop and there will be no more zoning violations.

We recently bought a house in Holbrook. To our surprise a week later we learned we had a raccoon in the attic. Craig called back immediately, was attentive, had a game plan, and executed it perfectly. The level of communication was excellent and he was fully confident that we’d be living “ raccoon free” in no time. I told him from the get go I wasn’t fully moving in until the raccoon was out. Craig is an honest and professional person. Showed up when he was supposed to on time. I had nest infestations in my roof. After calling several companies With no shows. I had a racoon in the attic on Tuesday and it was gone on Friday. I called Craig on Tuesday afternoon, he reviewed the plan of action over the phone pending his visit the next day. He was in contact the next morning to confirm the time he would arrive as he had 2 prior appointments and arrived on time. He assessed the situation and we discussed the plan of action and what I should expect. Two days later the mother racoon was trapped and Craig was on site at 9:00am the same day, he removed the mother, patched the exterior hole that let them in, and removed the babies through a small hole in the ceiling that only needs a little spackle after he was done. Craig was very professional and knowledgeable, and is a perfect example of paying for the expertise. I have his number saved, and though i don't look forward to having raccoon's in the attic again, it will be a lot less stressful knowing he will take care of it.

We had a squirrel in our attic. Craig assessed the situation and created a plan that successfully eliminated the squirrel. He also installed gable vents, which complimented the structure of our house. Very professional. Very responsive. Highly recommend.

I was pretty sure it was a racoon that took up residence in my attic. When Craig arrived and performed his inspection, he was very sure it was a gray squirrel. There was a very large obvious entry point visible from the ground, and there was snow and ice everywhere. Craig set a trap over the hole and we waited. A week went by and the trap remained empty but the scratching in the attic remained. Craig who came to the house everyday, realized there had to be a second entry point we didn't see initially. By now the rain had cleared much of the snow and ice and he climbed onto my roof only to find a broken vent stack pipe and the main entry for my unwanted quest. Set the trap and squirrel gone next day! Very knowledgeable and professional.
