Update After "Response from the owner" After posting the proceeding review the owner reached out to my wife, apologized, and offered to refund the cost of the Carpenter Bee treatment. The gesture indicates that General Exterminating cares about their customers and is working in earnest to make things right. We had a significant yellow jacket problem, with the hive within the exterior wall of our home beside the front door of our house. We called General Exterminating after being recommended them by a friend who recently used them. We spoke with Artie who was pleasant and professional on the phone, gave us a quote and booked us in for first thing the next morning. Arrived when promised. Called for a quote to remove a small wasp nest said minimum just for visit would cost 200 to 250... that price is absurd for something that would take less than 15 minutes... Response to owner's response... $200 for just a visit... I didn't want to get charged for somthing crazy I couldnt' afford ...then have to say no i cant affrod it, and then get stuck for the bill of $200 for you driving in 5 mins south of your business' location... a charge of $200 before you even look at the problem is r
