We called Brennan after buying our home when we saw a termite swarm at the back of the house in 2021. Mike came in and explained everything in detail showing us what to look for to keep an eye on things. He installed bait stations around the house and did some spot treatments. He treats our house as his own and we are very happy with his service.

I see why he has a 5 STAR RATING. Did a great job at my house last week, professional...arrived at the exact time he said....fair pricing.....knowledgeable....and even explained everything he was going to do to treat. I will never use anyone else for my exterminating needs. A keeper...unlike the pests he treats!!! Mike is awesome! Really such an absolute pleasure to deal with. Randomly found him searching online (was looking for a truly family owner and operated business) and he didnt disappoint. We had an earwig infestation. I called Mike and he is probably one of the most patient human beings I have met. He spent time discussing the issue and the treatment. There was absolutely no pressure to use him. We ended up using him and he came and again explained everything he was doing.. he was extremely thorough and it's a month and half later and we are still bug free.

Mike is such a fantastic guy! He goes above and beyond for us every time! Squirrels, rickets, yellow jackets... they do it all!!

Mike Brennan is the best! He is extremely knowledgable, professional, thorough and nice! He came at night to get rid of 2 massive yellow jacket nests in the crawl space of my home. We recently had two very active yellow jacket nests in the outside corner soffit of my house and under the screen door on our 2nd story deck. Being severely allergic these needed to go immediately. Brennan Exterminator's was recommended by a friend and after reading the reviews noting NOT one bad review was given and being Better Business Bureau Accredited and a long time family business I gave them a call on Saturday. Theresa was so sweet and we set up a date for Michael to come on Tuesday. He came and walked around the whole property checking for additional nests not leaving any behind. He explained to us the process and that the exterminations are done at night to make sure they are all back in the nest. He came back that night at 9pm to do the job. Not only was he courteous, personable and also very sweet he was extremely thorough explaining what he would be doing as well as making sure our pets and family members were safe while he did the removal. The next morning i woke up checking both areas and NOT ONE YELLOW JACKET WAS LEFT BEHIND!! Today is Saturday and still no sign of any. If you are reading this in and in need of an exterminator do NOT go any further… Michael is definitely the guy for the job!!! Thank you again Michael! I can safely walk outside knowing they are no longer there! Truly the best professional I have ever met!! I HIGHLY recommend him and his price to remove both was VERY reasonable!

Mike Brennan is extremely knowledge and we are beyond grateful he got rid of our bee problem! There were four nests in the back of my house and the bees were coming into the upstairs bathroom (one nest was in the attic) Absolute nightmare ! But Mike saved the day ! He eliminated all four nests in one session! Very pleased to have our backyard and bathroom back! Highly recommend Mike and his team! Thanks again Mike!

I highly recommend Brennan Termite & Pest Control. Fortunately, this is the first time I needed an exterminator in my current home. After an internet search, I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. When Mike arrived (it was a summer Saturday), he asked me specific questions about the ants I had in my home and the spots where I had found them. He listened to my answers and explained things very carefully and in a manner which was easy to understand. He then did a thorough search in the spots inside where I saw the ants, and proceeded outside. He had to go into my house's crawl space, which meant emptying the shed/storage area on the side of the house where the crawl space is located. He carefully emptied the storage area and put everything back neatly. Finally, he examined my yard and told me what I needed to do. He didn't sell me anything or scare me into saying I needed something that I didn't. Mike was very professional and personable. He made a customer that day; if I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Great experience with Brennan. They really went above and beyond treating termites that have wreaked havoc in my garage. I met with other termite companies who couldn’t even be bothered with inspecting anything, most just threw out a number based on square footage without looking at the issue and planning a course of action. Would highly recommend and glad I found them.

Very happy with the services we received. All of the services and their approximate costs were explained and their were no hidden charges nor did they try to sell us services that we did not need. This was our first time using this company and I had to say they provided better service than our previous pest control vendor.

Great people and service

I had my house inspected and had preventive measures installed (12 traps. 4 of them with chemicals to exterminate any possible termites). Mike, who owns the company, came and put all the traps in the ground. Mike was very knowledgeable and honest about everything he saw at my house. I feel good that someone like him is gonna look out for any possible termite issues.

Michael treated a Yellowjacket nest in the eaves under our bay window. The service was excellent and the communication with the office was very professional and honest. The work was done in the evening, which seemed to be the most logical time for Yellowjacket nests. No other exterminator companies offered that approach. I highly recommend this provider!
