Mike from Accurate Pest Control came right away when we called to report baby raccoons in our walks were screeching all night long. He did a terrific job of removing them, and the mama. They will be taken to aWildlife Rehabilitator in Altamont, and eventually returned to the wild. Very humane company, they care about you and the wildlife. He explained everything he was going to do along the way, and was very upfront about the restoration work required that he and his company can do for us We are super pleased with the job well-done, and found Mike very personable and honest. We highly recommend this company.

We recently hired Mike and his crew to address poor ventilation in our attic. The crew was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. Mike and his team assisted with remediation services for my home and did an excellent job throughout the entire project. Mike answered all of my questions prior to signing and was helpful with explaining their scope of work. His team showed up every day as scheduled, completed the work ahead of time, and were professional while they were here. His team also cleaned up the room they were in every day.

Accurate and their whole team are OUTSTANDING! We’ve used them for many years for pest control services, and about a year ago they completed drainage work around our foundation and built a beautiful Trex deck on our home. They were so wonderful to work with that we reached out to them again to update our master bathroom. We couldn’t be happier—the renovation turned out even better than we envisioned. The bathroom is absolutely breathtaking and has exceeded all expectations. Accurate and their team are incredible and communicate well, are reliable, efficient, meticulous, and truly care about the work they provide both in craftsmanship, attention to detail and cleanliness. Absolute horrible service! Do not call these guys! As far as giving back to the community they are garbage! One of the drivers in a silver four-door Chevy Silverado with their advertisement on the side almost pushed me and my entire family off the highway at a high rate of 70 mph in a 50 mph zone! Absolute horrible customer service do not use these people!

Mike and team responded very quickly (same day) to our call to remove a dead deer from our property. The situation was particularly concerning since there were multiple coyotes nearby. Mike stopped by on way to another customer to scope out what he would need to do the job, then returned in about an hour to remove the deer, which included cleanup and removal of fur and blood remnants as well as covering up the area with a layer of snow to deter the interest of our dogs and other wildlife. Mike and team provided excellent service - timely, personable and professional.

They were very thorough, honest, professional and clean. So much so that I have since hired them to do every project I've needed done in and around my house large and small. We called Accurate Pest Control after being totally fed-up with a well known national brand located in Albany. We were covered under an exclusion program that was ineffective, disappointing and expensive. Mike came and did an inspection and proposed that they re-do our exclusion work and have the home serviced for general extermination on a regular basis. The original exclusion work done by the other company was 2 technicians for 4-6 hours. Mike and his team attacked every corner of the house and were on site for the better part of 2 days… and the best part was they quickly tracked down and located a rodent entry point that the other company repeatedly overlooked. Our history with continued pest infiltration caused a section of our finished basement ceiling to be riddled with mouse droppings. When I mentioned to Mike we were interested in replacing the ceiling, he offered their services and provided a proposal to not only remove and replace the ceiling, but to properly remediate the space with vacuuming, sanitizing, insulation replacement etc. Said another way, not just a ceiling replacement, but a proper environmental hazard clean up. The ceiling turned out beautiful and the entire space was cleaned and sanitized upon completion. The regular service has also been effective. We get the same technician who takes the time to properly check and treat inside and out. So far it was been a pleasure to have this team work in our home. They are polite, they arrive when they say they will and do what they said they will do. Special shout to Mike who has been at the helm of fixing what their competitor was unable to handle.

I have had several occasions to work with Accurate Pest Control over the years. They have always done an exceptional job for me. This summer I had a complicated bee problem on my porch. They had to make four trips over a three week period to get rid of these bees. They never complained and were able to get rid of the problem with their persistent attention. I highly recommend this company.

Mike and his crew did a great job of installing a stamped concrete patio at my residence. Mike was great to deal with. He was polite and very professional. The crew was polite, efficient, and quick in pouring and finishing the concrete. Any questions I had Mike was prompt in answering them and making sure the project went as smooth as possible. Mike & his team just finished three jobs for us… one roofing related , one "crawl space" attic/mold remediation & lastly they laid a gorgeous new floor in an upstairs bedroom. I’ve had a couple of projects done by Mike and his team. Most recently they worked on drainage involving burying my gutters. The team worked fast, answered any questions I had, showed up on time, and were great to work with. Since they completed the job I have not had to worry about my house when it rains. Definitely recommend!

Mike is an incredibly upstanding contractor, and I look forward to working with him in the future. I contacted him about a renovation project I wanted to do in my historic home. He was very responsive and offered me many possible solutions to satisfy my vision, including sourcing antique doors and cutting them to match the rest of the house. His prices were very reasonable. But the most important thing about my experience with Mike: after he did final measurements, he honestly advised me that I should not follow through on the project because the result would not be functional or convenient, even though this meant that he lost out on a job that would have been worth thousands of dollars. I was overwhelmingly impressed with hi concern for my experience and ultimate happiness with my home. When I find any company with that kind of honesty and integrity, I know to hold onto them and use them again in the future!!!

Very professional and straight forward people to work with. Trustworthy and honest. They took care of the mold we had in our attic as well as bats they found in there. Very reasonably priced and this was our second time using them at two different residences. Would highly recommend and if need be use them again in the future.
