My experience with this company was unprofessional, disappointing, and lacking in customer service, especially with KEVIN WYATT, the vice president of Emerald Tree and Shrub Care. He gave me an initial estimate for trimming in 2017 for a giant elm tree belonging to my neighbor and causing damage to my house. Estimate and access was discussed in detail. After the insurance approval, I contacted Emerald in 2018 for the service. I was advised to wait until November, after the tree stopped active
I had a struggling, prominent Japanese Maple that was at least partially dying. I called Emerald and they took a look, quickly troubleshot the issue and provided a reasonable estimate. I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before. "Curing" a sick tree is not a guaranteed process but in my case I'm super happy with both their work and results. I'll also add that this is definitely an established company with all the profession
Just had Emerald back for the 2nd time in two years. They removed two "weed" trees which were growing in my back yard. The Norwegian maple was fully 35 feet tall and in an awkward spot behind the garage. It was removed without damage to any other plants or property. A smaller oak was also in a difficult spot and removed without damage. In the front of our home, they pruned three ornamental trees; a weeping cherry, "Hollywood" juniper and red bud. Despite my using Scott’s 4 steps along with grub control the lawn was not looking good and the weeds were driving me crazy. So I asked a retired landscaper about How to solve my problem and in his heavy Italian accent, he said “just get Lawn a King”. And Angelo was absolutely right. The lawn never looks so good and the cost is not much what I was paying for all of the Scott’s products that I was applying. Now I have peace of mind and my wife is happy too with the way the lawn looks. Thank you.Ro

I have used many different lawn companies in the past. From the big chain companies to the mom and pop. We were never happy with the results. There was always fungus, weeds, notorious crabgrass etc…. Since using Lawn King, our grass problems have been solved! Ronan and his crew do a great job keeping our lawn healthy, green and weed free!
