This exterminating company is contracted with the building I live in- I am not sure that there service is good to begin with. I have never experienced an exterminator who comes to an apartment to treat an infestation of roaches with no gel, and no roach traps. He sprayed here and there and was gone. He comes to the building once a month only to apartments according to a sign-up sheet and most of the time the lazy super does not put up the sign-up sheet. I said to the exterminator he can knock on my door each month, he never came to my door. I have roaches crawling on me at nights, they are in my fridge, in my microwave, and I live alone. I work all day and walk around with my food when I get home in the evenings, because I can't leave it on the table and walk away. The exterminator told me about the glue on my wallpaper attracting roaches. I took the wallpaper down, and there are more roaches than before. I am just concern what he might be spraying.

Update #2: We had to hire a new exterminator due to the lack of sufficient service received from this company. Our issues got much worse after working with this organization. I would highly recommend working with another company. Update: We appreciate that the organization responded to our feedback, and returned to our home to try again to resolve the issue. They voluntarily provided more services this time than the past. They are professional and respectful to work with. TERRIBLE services. Complete waste of money! We have called this place 3 separate times into our home and the issue has still not been resolved! They blamed this on the issue’s complexity…but it’s a very basic exterminator service to do. They could not resolve our issue even after 3 visits…it is so useless. I would definitely go somewhere else.

I got their services for $325 to exterminate cockroaches in my basement. Before they did the work I specifically ask Perry if it won’t go upstairs in 1st floor & he said it won’t. Guess what it DID!!! I never had cockroaches in my dining & bathroom. When I called their office the lady is very rude to me. Perry called me up and wants to charge me for another $325 again!!! He kept telling me before they went to my home it will be extra $25 to do the 1st floor if i wanted which makes sense. BUT he NEVER told me about it!!! It’s a he said she said now & I just got screwed!!! Don’t use them!!! Ripoff!!! Waste of money!!!

I am very perturbed by this horrific comment because this is not the way our company functions. We are a very courteous and professional company that explains everything (all procedures and costs) thoroughly before signing up any job. When this customer called, we POLITELY explained to him that it would be that cost for only what he wanted done, which was the 1st floor, and if he wanted us to return to service the upstairs at a later date, it would be an additional service charge of $325. However, we also explained to him at that time that for an EXTRA $25, we can service both floors and warranty both floors. We cannot guarantee that there are no roaches on the upstairs floor, as we never saw the house. He probably did not realize he had roaches upstairs until now because they are nocturnal and only really come out at night or when it gets really bad. Now that it is 3 weeks later, the roaches are probably worse, and he wants us to service the upstairs for free and blaming us that we chased the roaches upstairs. Everything was clearly explained to him prior to him signing up the job and we were threatened by him that if we didn't return to do the job for FREE, we would have this bad review written. This is not the way we do business and it would do us a dissatisfaction to change our company policy based on threats. I am sorry that this customer has to resort to threats and hope you will understand that we don't function like this. This is an irate customer who threatened us to get what he wants.

This customer has us confused with another company. We have no record of being at his house. We personally went down to his house to explain that we were never at his house and he has us mistaken for another company, but the customer refused to listen to anything that we said. Sorry this review had to be posted when doesn't relate to our company. Why would we put 50 dead termites on his back stairs and leave knowing our reputation is at stake?
