After dealing with mice and rats for a long time, we decided to contact Bug Techs Pest Control and Alex came today and did a phenomenal job. We had a hole in a wood stair and Alex patched it, which was impressive. He inspected everywhere in our apartments and patched a lot of holes that we couldn't see ourselves and placed poison where needed. Payment is also flexible as you have different ways to pay or you can pay full in cash like we did. Overall, 10/10 experience and we will definitely recommend to other people we know!

After making a call just yesterday after hearing sounds of mice (I thought I was hallucinating), Shakir immediately shows up to our property and starts troubleshooting. There were entries of mice and he worked through them quickly, closing up hole fixtures and setting up rat traps and poisons. We also found the trap with the mice stuck to it that made the sounds I was hearing. Super efficient work, Shakir is pleasant to work with and communicate, he also offered a three month warranty too. Thank you!

Alexander stopped by today after I reached out to the company for some assistance. I had some mice problems. I was his last call and he ensured to patch up every hole and did a thorough inspection. He took his time and did not rush the job. Hopefully from the looks of it I should not be having any lice issues. I’ll revisit this review after giving some time to be on the clear and clarify if the issue was solved.

I recently had Alex the tech service my home he was very professional and thorough I was very impressed when he pulled out the stove and patched up several holes through out my house he also placed poison on each floor. I was very pleased with the service so I referred a colleague.

I had called them for cockroaches in my apartment. After The first visit killed many of them but I had to call them again after two weeks and then it got a bit more better after 2nd visit. But now after about a month from initial visit, I still see a few of them roaming in the kitchen. Customer service is good, technicians are respectful and nice. But I was hoping for no cockroach. Still I would recommend them.

Very bad service they charged me $300 for nothing still roaches in kitchen and when I called for complain now they asking for more money for 3 months package so don’t trust them save your time and money

your driver almost ran me and my kids at the corner of 80th st and cooper ave when we had the light to cross.

Update: Finally called after wife posted the review. Committed to coming on Monday. Came and realized the ladder he needed wasn't safe to reach the spot so he referred us to a competitor. Called for us too. We hope he does better with communication in the future. Gave us a quote without seeing the problem. They came the day after speaking on the phone to see the problem. We were told they would return in the next few days. After that they never reached out despite us calling, leaving messages (texts and VM). The wife called over a week later to follow up and emphasize how we needed help ASAP and he said he'd come the next night. No show. She even texted during the day to confirm to no response. We saw so many good reviews and were hopeful but we can't assess how good the pest service is when service doesn't exist.

Just charge me 190 to place glue traps and poison. When i call back to him to come and check, he said tell your husband to take out the traps! What a waste of money! Or maybe because i am latina!!

This guy is unreliable, and unprofessional. Made 3 appointments with him no call or show. Very disappointed in the way you do business

I called and requested an appointment, I explained that I needed the Extermination. I also told him my mother was in Cardiac Care Unit, was he sure he would able to come today at the set time HE provided. He LIED and said he would be there between 10-12pm. I had someone go to my mothers Cardiac care unit. It’s 12pm now, he NEVER Called and NEVER came. Calling the office 4x, they tried calling him and texting him. He NEVER responded to their calls or text. I would NEVER recommend this company, they are VERY unprofessional!! To NOT even to call and not even show up for the Appointment. Shows they lack common respect. They have NO respect for someone’s time. Mind blowing that a company would make a scheduled appointment and NEVER call or Come! DO NOT LET the Good reviews detract from this business being unreliable!
