I used this company to take care of an ant problem at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The owner, Melissa, was very personable and made sure I got on the schedule right away, which I really appreciated. Nick came out and was professional, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Since the treatment, I haven’t seen a single ant. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

I called this business and spoke with the owner. To say she was short , snippy and rude was an understatement. I called asking why my technician was completely absent the entire month of April she responded with she doesn’t know my tech schedule but she would have tech call me. Well my tech was suppose to call me April but never did, so forgive me if I have zero faith that I’ll receive any call at all. I promptly cancelled my service.

We needed emergency pest services over the weekend when we suddenly had a lot of wasps inside of our home. It was a Saturday evening and we had difficulty getting ahold of most companies, even multiple companies that say they have 24 hour emergency service did not answer their phone or didn’t return voicemail. We finally found and called Ace, I left a message and was called back very quickly, about ten minutes later. She was very kind, gave me a quote over the phone and we had a pest technician at our door Sunday morning at 9:45. Our technician Nick was also very kind and professional, he was able to identify and treat our wasp problem on the spot (I know other companies require an inspection and then come back another day to treat) and it was exactly the amount quoted over the phone and he even cleaned up the dead wasps and some nest debris around our house. I would highly recommend Ace and we will definitely use them for any pest issues in the future!

They also traveled to our campsite on a local lake to perform rodent extermination.
