I want to recommend the excellent work they did at my house. I had their service over two years ago, and it's been almost three years now, and I haven't seen a single bed bug since. Excellent work, highly recommended! It worked really well for me, and it doesn't leave any poison smell. I have a kitten, and it didn't affect him at all!

Very good professionals... excellent work and guidance

I find it extremely frustrating to call for a cockroach service, pay almost $400, and then have Mr. Napoleon fail to offer a guarantee because the treatment doesn't work and he doesn't even answer the phone! They just come and spread the same powder they use for everything all over the house and give an unnecessary lecture on bugs! You're better off calling any other, more professional place.

Do not throw your money in the trash, these gentlemen do not help in any way to get rid of the infestation, I hired them for a bed bug problem and they never specified that they only gave courses and that they only sprinkled a powder on the edges of my house that EYE does not have to be cleaned in 5 years for them to be able to apply their guarantee and also I had to wait months for their treatment to work (which I am still waiting for and there is no improvement), they came to give me a course on how to wash my clothes and how to use highly flammable products to eliminate my problem, when I asked the "professional" what to use on items like bags she did not know how to answer me, practically one has to eliminate one's own problem and I agree, but they have not killed a single bed bug since they came, I had to indicate to them where there were parts of the problem because even they do not know where bed bugs accumulate, if I knew that I would not have paid 700 dollars for a course on highly flammable products. I called them and their justification is that "they keep coming from somewhere else." This is an absurd justification when their work can't even eliminate 1% of the problem. They only put protectors on the mattresses, which obviously won't get the bedbugs in, but what about when it breaks? They put "treatment" on the mattresses and at night we continue to see the unpleasant problem. They told me to call them again when I do my own treatments, which I don't even know how to do.
