I was having a lot of sweet ants inside my place. I get them every year around the same time. One spray really helped. The technician was knowledgeable and professional.

Used them multiple times for different problems, always on time, always very open with communication. I have had multiple different representatives out and each one has always been very professional and they seem to have experience with all the common nuisances that are in the area. They are willing to go the extra mile when needed.

We were having an indoor wasp problem and decided to call a local pest control company. I called four companies. Of the four, only one had a live person answering the phone. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and promised a specialist would come out to do an inspection within a day, which they did. They did a thorough work up – calling us on the phone during the walk-through (we were not there), relaying their findings promptly to the office. The office (Marc) called to discuss the issue and to problem solve with us. East End Pest Management went above and beyond, and totally exceeded my expectations. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
