I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. While Pro Don Pest Control in Flushing now has several positive reviews, my experience in December 2024 was very different. I was quoted $150 for drain flies, but upon arrival I was charged $350 with no advance notice. I was instructed to keep the apartment vacant for an extended period, which caused me to lose scheduled business appointments. The drain flies returned shortly after. When I later requested a receipt for court purposes, the owner was unresponsive and dismissive. Posting now after resolving court matters.

Pro Don Pest management is highly recommended. The owner was communicative and his work is not rushed. He was very patient with all the questions I had and gave me some advice to help protect my dog as well. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day, and pricing was extremely reasonable. Thanks for putting our minds at ease, my family can safely enjoy our home again.

Daniel was very professional and attentive to my needs. He not only fixed my problem, he also showed me how to prevent this issue from happening again. I was very pleased with his work and he was very affordable. I would certainly use his services again and I highly recommend him.

I had tried various methods to get rid of cockroaches, but none of them provided a lasting solution. However, after hiring this pest control company, the problem improved significantly. They were very patient in communicating with residents and offered professional advice for maintaining a pest-free home. Their professional cockroach extermination methods are both safe for human health and highly effective in controlling pests. This is a highly recommended company!

We just had prodon come over to take care of mice proofing in our coop. His craftsmanship is amazing and very precise. His knowledge of spiders, centipedes, roaches, and other bugs. Compared to the big get companies, he’s more responsive no more week of waiting. We called them Thursday around 3PM and they came the next day. I’d recommend Priodon and use him again.

Thank you Daniel! I had a huge roach issue in my house due to remodeling/construction from the house adjacent to me (I live in semi-detached house). It was easy to schedule an appointment with Daniel. He assessed and treated both first floor and basement level. After treatment he offered additional advice/tips for us to do - so roaches won’t stay in our house. Which we all followed. He also offers a complimentary treatment 2 weeks after first treatment. Additionally - I was able to get the owner of the adjacent property (where roaches were coming from) to also call Pro don pest management. So far- There is significantly less activity and Daniel let us know to call him if we see anymore roaches. Which he assures us there won’t be. Thank you again!
