Chris Rossi was responsive to my urgent request to address an ant problem at our cottage (that we rent out in the summer) - and was able to provide same day services - essential in light of pending arrival of new guests. He explained what he would do - both inside and out - and what we could expect immediately and going forward - with the promise of follow up services at no charge if the problem was not completely eliminated. I recommend him highly. Thank you for your help, Chris. We appreciate it very much much!

I never leave reviews but really felt I had to for Rossi’s. Truly excellent service. I called a dozen different pest control places in my area and Rossi’s was the only place to 1) call me back in a timely manner and 2) offer me same day service. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ll return to them with any pest control needs in the future.

Chris Rossi is professional and does a great job. He explained things for me to do that were clear and honest. If I do this, it will help. If I don't, it will cause the problem to stay. I took in a bag with bugs that multiply and they did! He came to our house four times to spray and the fifth to re-check. I recommend him.

We had a very bad bee issue. Called one gentleman and he advised us to get an exterminator. Chris was very understanding and willing to help out any way he could. He is reasonably price.. There was a big difference within 24 hour.. I would definitely recommend him and tell anyone to consider using him. We contacted him to let him know that there was still bees and he came the next day.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, excellent service! Mr. Rossi is very knowledgeable about his trade and takes pride in his work. My wife was very afraid of using chemicals and he assured us what he was going to use would be sage and where I was going to go. He ensured to make sure that we were comfortable and everything was safe for our pet and child. It’s been over a week now and I have not seen a single ant or spiders which was the whole reason we called originally. If you want great service by a locally owned business, I would definitely look into Rossi pest control.
