Incredibly quick response, was out here the next day. Super efficient & knowledgeable.

I called Sylvander out to look at my timber frame basement for a second opinion after Meerkat came and said I had a raging carpenter ant problem that required urgent and ongoing action to get the problem under control that would cost $2800 with $200 ongoing follow up treatments. Sylvander looked over every square inch of the basement, touched every beam, and assessed that the insects that had been in the wood were long gone (it’s a 225 year old house), and offered to come back in a month to compare and see if any new activity had taken place. They looked outside at the foundation as well as inspecting the detached garage and suggested some action that I could take to deal with a couple of spots (chipmunks probably) and assessed that everything looks pretty good and offered to do a treatment in a couple months if anything changed. Didn’t charge me a penny for the thorough inspection and didn’t try to scare me or upsell me on treatments I didn’t need. If/when anything happens, Sylvander has a customer for life.

Unbelievable excellent service from Jason, he visited mom’s home multiple times to try to figure out why type of insects mom claims she sees and has. His patience with her was extraordinary. I would like others to know about his excellent service. He is honest, patient and was very kind to my mom.

I would HIGHLY recommend his services! I'd give 6 stars if i could! I called him because he is local and because I almost got scammed by a bigger company. He came out and did more work then the two guys from the other company. He was very thorough and sprayed for wasps, and the other bugs around. He even sprayed in my basement for spiders! He redid and added more for a rodent issue that the other guys half did. He found other entry ways and even covered an entry way in the house. He even took his shoes off!!!! The other company trampled all over my house (I have a dirt basement). The other guys were more worried about how much money they could scam and "pretended" to work. No contract to sign and or monthly payments and extremely well priced! I was VERY impressed.

Things were handled efficiently & in a helpful timeline-completing the tasks with a positive attitude & adding to our interactions with helpful explanations & support. It was the best of Both Worlds - I had the professionalism that comes with using a Big Company coinciding with a "you're an important customer" feeling you get with a smaller company. His work is excellent - in and out and answered every question thoroughly - even gave us some tips (which are ALWAYS needed) that we didn't know enough to ask about. Very Impressed with his knowledge - Highly recommend if you want a thorough professional job at an affordable reasonable price.

I had Jason Sylvander, from Sylvander Pest Control come out to get rid of a wasp problem. I called and told him I was allergic to bee stings and he was here in a flash! He sprayed my house and garage and no more bees or wasps!! I'm very happy with the quick and very reasonable charge. If you have a bug problem don't hesitate to call this guy he'll get the job done!!
