ALM Exterminating made the appointment between 11 am and 130 PM. I received two calls one from the office and one from the technician James that he would arrive in 15 minutes. I explained the issue and James sprayed each areas and the perimeter with pesticides and he inspected looking for the pests, He explained everything. He was on time and personable

We had a ton of digger wasp, bees or whatever the heck they are holes all over our front garden bed…so bad our landscaper’s are leery to fluff up the beds each week- (and rightfully so!) I found ALM here on Yelp, great feedback, so I reached out to the owner- and in 5 minutes I had an appointment for the next day! James was our technician and he was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and pleasant disposition. He investigated and got right to work search searching for every nest opening, and they were a lot! Told me to monitor it for a couple days and if there’s any more activity or new nest openings to just to give them a call and they’ll treat it until they’re gone! How can you go wrong?!

We were very happy to see John once again. Just as he did last year, he took care of our carpenter bee problem this year. Professional and personable. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking extermination services Thank you John and thank you ALM!!

ALM technicians always deliver excellent customer service. John and James have been our primary technicians and are both incredibly friendly, courteous, and informative, each time they visit for a service.

Recently had this extermination service come by and was really impressed. They were quick to respond, showed up right on time, and handled the problem pretty efficiently. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us clearly. Highly recommend for pest control.

Not happy with this experience. Paid $250 for outdoor pest control service, technician came while my wife was home and spent literally 11 minutes at the house (i timed this on my videocameras). A service like this should have taken 45 minutes to an hour. Maybe I should have paid $40 instead? Technician also arrived in his personal car - very unprofessional. Will not use again, not a good value for the money.

This is a locally owned and managed Exterminator Business. Their service is customized and personal. I prefer this company to the large national chains. From the owner, Al, to the techs including John, James and Mike, everyone is professional, timely, courteous and helpful while providing excellent value.

John is knowledgable, polite, professional and easy to work with. He was quick and efficient and his experience in tackling this kind of issue was self evident. I am more than satisfied with the service he provided and feel wholly assured that we have the right person on the job. I’m so grateful and relieved that I found out about ALM Exterminating, the best company to use when you have a yellow jacket problem. When I called the company Al, the owner, was so nice and sympathetic how urgent my problem was so he scheduled me the next day, which I really appreciated! He reassured me that Harry is their expert in getting rid of bee problems because “he will find the nest” and he did!!! He injected the insectaside right into the nest and totally solved our problem. Harry is not only a very friendly person but he has had many years of experience. This past summer is the first time that yellow jackets had come into the basement as well as our living room. It was so disturbing and frightening. I had a contract with a different exterminating company. They sprayed dust into a crevice they found where the bees were entering the house but they couldn’t find the nest which is crucial in eliminating the bees. I highly recommend ALM Exterminating. Thank you so much Al and Harry my hero!!!

I highly recommend ALM!! From the moment you reach them to the moment they leave they are top notch. Aldo the owner is a doll and even though I was a wreck he calmed me down. The service tech Harry is amazing. So calm and comforting. I was freaking out with a swarm of yellow jackets in the bedroom. He promised they would be gone. So far so good. Thanks ALM!! Now I hop I don’t have to call you guys for a very long time but I will recommend you on Facebook!!

Highly recommend ALM Exterminating! Al was extremely helpful over the phone and had us on the schedule the next day. Harry from ALM came out to inspect and treat a yellow jacket nest that was large and in the ground against the foundation of our home. He was fantastic. Thank you!!! Updated review : ALM came back out to take care of the nest because it was much bigger than we realized. If I could give another 5 stars I would! Thank you so much ALM! Harry is our hero!!!

Excellent experience all around. Called and spoke to Al who asked me to share a photo of the bug we were dealing with (chat gbt said it was a German cockroach). Al informed us we were actually dealing with a Pennsylvania Wood Roach. Much easier and less expensive to treat! Mike came to do our treatment and was an absolute pleasure. Price was VERY fair. Excellent service all around.

I called ALM with a issue of two wasp nests ... received a return phone same day ... the Man on the phone Aldo .. said we will be there 745 .AM ... Larry showed up, I pointed out the areas ... In no time the Larry had both spots hit with this special powder .. He said give it like a few days , well next day NO More Yellow Jackets Heres to ALM great Job.... Jim Bonito Northport

This was truly a five star experience. Al got back to me so quick and scheduled me for the very next day. I said we witnessed over 20 carpenter ants going into our siding and he diagnosed the problem and gave me a price over the phone. Other companies gave me similar price ranges as ALM but needed to come a couple days later for a free estimate even after I sent them pics and videos. I didn't want to deal with that so we went with ALM. I'm so happy we did bc the specialist that came out, JOHN, is SO VERY THOROUGH, generous w sharing his knowledge, and is genuinely happy to help. When he arrived he explained what he was going to do, and when he was done he explained what I should expect in the following weeks. He uses language thats easy to understand too. Being a home owner is not easy. The stress of finding reliable and genuine service providers is real. But ALM made me feel like I made the right choice by calling them. James the exterminator from ALM was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained fully what he was going to do to treat my problem. Work was neat and gave me instructions what to do post spraying.

How can an exterminator's visit be an enjoyable experience? I certainly didn't expect it to be! But John from ALM couldn't have made the need for an exterminator's service more pleasant. He took his time to explain and educate me on what was happening in my home. His level of knowledge and expertise is very impressive. I am relieved to know that a rather diisgusting situation (mice!) is being resolved. I highly recommend ALM. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me from several other homeowers on Nextdoor.

I was in a complete panic thinking I had a roach infestation in my house. ALM promptly returned my call. Instead of trying to sell me a pricey extermination package, the gentleman on the phone was able to diagnose the issue as a harmless species that would not cause any problem in my home. ALM was great! I first talked to Aldo on the phone and he was able to identify by looking at a video. He sent John to my house the same day. John was FABULOUS! He was extremely knowledgeable, explained and showed me the problem when examining my house, identified the solution and treated it immediately. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Today was one of my LUCKIEST DAYS EVER!! I found ALM Exterminators🙏 After waking up to a caravan of Ants in my kitchen, I was desperate for Help! I searched on Google and called ALM, hoping they would come today. I spoke to Al on the phone. He was so Friendly, sympathetic and accommodating and sent James over to my house in a few hours. James was just as nice as Al, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and told me how he was going to tackle the Ant problem. In about 20 minutes he put gel in the interior areas ( pet friendly applications ) and sprayed outside. James told me to wait a day or to for complete results and not to hesitate to call him if the problem persists.
