I was very impressed with how easy it was to schedule during Christmas week. Brandon showed up on time and explained thoroughly what he would be doing. He went through my entire house inside and out and discovered multiple entry points. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable and readily answered any questions. This company is a complete scam. One of their representatives spoke with me over the phone and quoted a price of $255 plus tax. But when he arrived at the shop, he suddenly raised the price to $295 plus tips. He also made me pay a $100 non-refundable deposit over the phone, refused to return it, and left without providing any service. I feel totally taken advantage of.

This pricing is contract-based and was fully disclosed on the call.<br><br>Once our technician completed the inspection, it was determined that your restaurant had a heavy German cockroach infestation that required a fog treatment combined with multiple follow-up services to properly resolve the issue. When you declined the service agreement, we explained that the contract pricing no longer applied and the correct one-time treatment price became $375 + tax.<br><br>At that point, you became verbally aggressive toward our technician and refused to proceed. As a courtesy, your payment was refunded, minus the $100 non-refundable scheduling deposit — which is a standard requirement for all customers and is applied toward reserving a time slot that cannot be rebooked once dispatched.<br><br>No services were performed because you chose not to move forward after the full inspection and explanation. The claim that this was a “scam” is inaccurate and not supported by any part of our documented communication.<br><br>We remain committed to transparency and professional service for all customers.<br><br>— Management

Mike was very thorough and made sure to check every crack and seam and any possibility of bug life within our house and thankfully nothing was found! We flipped mattresses and furniture to ensure nothing was there. For thorough inspections I definitely recommend Buffalo Extermination as they will make sure they leave with you feeling at peace rather something is found or not. Will be my future recommendations for anyone in need.

As a landlord, we found ourselves in need of a reliable assessment of allegations of a bed bug infestation in a rental apartment, of course on a holiday weekend. We called Buffalo Exterminators and the person taking our call at 8am took all of our information and we received a return call 15 minutes later. We explained our urgent need and got a same day appointment. It is now 3:30pm and we are pleased to report that both the field technician and Buffalo office President Robert have taken care of our needs in the most professional and comprehensive way. We dealt with an ant problem last year and tried to handle it ourselves, but nothing worked. When they came back this year—and in multiple rooms—we knew it was time to call an exterminator. I spoke with a few companies, but most immediately tried to upsell me, with one even quoting over $799 plus tax! Then I found Buffalo Exterminators. Not only did they schedule me just two days later (on a Sunday!), but they also focused on what I actually needed—no unnecessary upselling. Mike arrived on time, was polite, and took the time to ask the right questions to make sure he was targeting the correct areas and types of ants. At the end of the appointment, he even had me speak with his boss to confirm that I was happy with the service. He genuinely thanked me for my business—and that kind of care goes a long way. Oh, and Mike was wearing a Bills hat… so GO BILLS! Great experience all around.

Buffalo Exterminator did a wonderful job! I had a wasps nest the size of my head in the basement, they came in and sprayed and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. If I ever need any pest control again I’ll definitely be using their services!
